Rewelacyjne miejsce!!!
Pros:

Przesympatyczni ludzie, zarówno w recepcji jak i w restauracji. Posiłki wyśmienite ( zwłaszcza kolacja), bardzo czysto, parking i piękna przyroda wokoło.

A pochi chilometri dal centro di Merano, Hotel curato e attento al cliente.
Pros:

Colazione varia, buona scelta, per i miei gusti aumenterei l'offerta dei dolci. L'hotel si trova a mezza collina, raggiungere il centro di Merano però è semplice anche a piedi, per risalire è meglio prendere il Bus n.1, l'Hotel fornisce una comoda card gratuita per poter usufruire dei mezzi pubblici. Il parcheggio è gratuito al coperto e spazioso. Ottima la SPA con una dotazione più che completa. La cena è di buona qualità e il servizio è veloce e il personale si dimostra gentile e fa di tutto per metterti a tuo agio. Mi hanno dato gratuitamente un Upgrade per la camera. Cosa che ho apprezzato. Letto comodo, bagno grande.

Cons:

Direi niente. Tutto bene!!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

- Auf dem Frühstücksbuffet gab es für jeden Geschmack eine grosse Auswahl. Die Küchenmannschaft hat auch Sonderwünsche erfüllt, z.B. 2 Spiegeleier mit gebratenem Speck.
- Der Blick von unserem Balkon auf in die Berge war und ist einmalig.
- Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal.
- Sehr schöner und edler Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Da wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt haben im Hotel Sonnenburg, wäre eine negative Bewertung nicht in unserem Sinne.
Wir können uns durchaus vorstellen, wieder Gäste in diesem Hause zu sein.

Een fantastisch verblijf in een heel mooi kader met heel vriendelijk en toegewijd personeel
Pros:

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk (met speciale dank aan zoon Patrick die zelfs dagelijks het 5 gangen keuzemenu voor ons naar het Engels vertaalde). Alles is er kraaknet, heel rustig en de keuken is prima.
Dat de auto gratis in de ondergrondse garage kon, was een groot pluspunt. Het hotel biedt trouwens voor de duur van het verblijf digitale bus- en treinpassen aan waarmee je overal in de regio gratis naartoe kunt.
Het zwembad en de mooie tuin zijn ideaal om in de namiddag tot rust te komen na de wandelingen in de voormiddag.

Cons:

Vrijwel niets! Als ik toch iets kan bedenken is het de bediening van de airco, die niet steeds aansloeg als we er om vroegen. Maar het gaat om een detail: de kamer was nooit te warm en we hebben er zelfs geen melding van gemaakt.

Eine Rarität, sehr zu empfehlen!

Einfach ein fantastisches Hotel - Anlage, Essen, Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit sind hervorragend. Wir genossen den außerordentlich zuvorkommenden, freundlichen Service und haben uns rundum willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Eine Rarität, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

Ein toller Urlaub in Meran in einem professionell geführten Haus - sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Wir haben eine Woche unseres Sommerurlaubes in der Sonnenburg verbracht.
Bei unserer Ankunft sind wir sehr freundlich aufgenommen worden. Wir fanden immer ein offenes Ohr und haben egal zu welchem Thema immer umfassende Informationen erhalten.

Die Zimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen (Klimaanlage, Balkon mit Sonnenschirm und bequemen Gartenstühlen, geräumiges Bad, bequemes Bett etc…). Auch der Außenbereich mit Pool sowie das innenliegende Schwimmbad sind sehr hochwertig. Hier genießt man die Zeit und kann sich wirklich sehr gut erholen.
Ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet (u.a. mit den Südtiroler Klassikern) sowie ein 5-Gänge Menü zum Abendessen gehören auch dazu (soweit man dies natürlich gebucht hat). Auch hier ist die Qualität herausragend. Das Hotel ist sehr gut organisiert. Hier sieht und spürt man die Leidenschaft und Professionalität des gesamten Sonnenburg-Teams!

In Summe haben wir unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und können die Sonnenburg uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank auch noch einmal an den Chef des Hauses für das Lunchpaket aufgrund unserer frühmorgendlichen Abreise!

Pros:

Posizione ottima vicino alla fermata dell’autobus con cui arrivi ovunque. Staff super gentile che ti consiglia le migliori escursioni da fare nei dintorni. Cucina molto buona(sopratutto i dolci)

Cons:

Nulla, avrei solo 2 consigli:
1) rinnovare le camere (che si vede hanno lo stile di un tempo)ma stonano un po con la piscina e zona sauna molto moderna
2) la mattina farei una proposta di dolci più ampia, considerando anche che lo chef fa dei dolci ottimi
