Pros:

bardzo dobry kontakt przed przyjazdem, za co bardzo dziękuję, bo miałam dużo pytań :) fajny przestronny i czysty pokój, lodówka, woda w pokoju, blisko dworca, do centrum ok.20 min na pieszo

Cons:

brakowało mi wieszaków na ręczniki i dodatkowego miejsca na kosmetyki w łazience, poza tym wszystko idealnie

Pros:

A perfect place to stay to visit Verona. Free parking outside the front of the hotel in a quiet area. Very good value for money. Will stay again.

Nette, ruime kamer en badkamer. Ontbijtbuffet met veel opties en een ruim tijdslot. Heel dichtbij het station (10 minuten lopen) en ook prima loopafstand naar het historisch centrum (zo'n 20 - 25 minuten).

Cons:

Het enige minpunt wat ik kan bedenken is dat het wat gehorig was, we konden soms bijna letterlijk meeluisteren met de gesprekken van onze "buren".

Comfortable stay, but a shared AC system caused sleepless night
Pros:

The place was wonderful — neat, clean, and well maintained. Our room was big, with an open view and all the facilities (which were modern) we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was great!

Cons:

Overall, we enjoyed our stay — the only real issue was the air conditioning. The AC in our room was connected to two other rooms, so whenever the guests next door set theirs to heating, our cooling automatically switched to heating as well. This happened at night, making our room uncomfortably hot and difficult to sleep in.

Staff responded quickly and came twice to try to fix it, which we appreciated — but they weren't sure how to adjust the system, and it was too late to call a technician.

To be fair, this was an unfortunate situation rather than poor service. Still, it would have been helpful to know beforehand that the AC operates on a shared system. One of the main reasons we booked a hotel for our October trip to Italy was to have air conditioning, as the weather can still be quite warm.

Dobry wybór na nocleg ze śniadaniem, aby skupić się na zwiedzaniu miasta.
Pros:

Duża, wygodna łazienka.
Dobre śniadanie z miła obsługą.
Bardzo pomocna obsługa, można było zapytać o możliwości parkowania w garażu należącym do hotelu jak i wytłumaczenie zasad obowiązujących w strefie miejskiego parkowania.

Cons:

Pokój mało przytulny ze względu na płytki na podłodze.
Mało higieniczne nakrycie łóżka, materiał oddzielający kołdrę zamiast poszewki.

Cuando vuelva a verona sin duda me quedaré acá nuevamente

TODO, no tengo nada malo que decir, súper cerca de la estación de tren a 15-20 minutos caminando de la zona céntrica, el lugar hermoso, super amables el desayuno tipo buffer DELICIOSO sin duda volvería
