Fantastic hotel with friendly reception and jaw dropping views.
Pros:

Fabulous reception-lots of information and super friendly. Great room with view of mountain!! Loved the spa. All around an a-plus.

Beautiful and comfortable room and hotel. Good value, Great location.
Pros:

Beautiful room and hotel, generally. The hot tub and sauna were a delightful bonus. Wonderful dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Check-in and reception staff was really helpful.

Cons:

Some restaurant wait staff were not very helpful with trying to bridge the English-Italian language barrier. Avoided dealing with us whenever they could.
