Mi spiace molto dover fare questa recensione ma il soggiorno all’Hotel Baby di Milano Marittima è stato decisamente deludente.
Il bagno era un disastro: ogni volta che facevamo la doccia si allagava completamente.
Abbiamo chiesto tre volte di risolvere il problema, ma la risposta è stata che il silicone della doccia era rovinato e non riparabile durante il soggiorno e che ci avrebbero fornito asciugamani per asciugare a terra… soluzione decisamente inaccettabile, bastava una semplice doccia per inondare il bagno che poi dovevamo pulire in autonomia.
Inoltre nonostante avessimo comunicato la cosa prima di uscire nel pomeriggio, al ritorno abbiamo trovato il bagno nelle identiche condizioni e ci siamo dovuti operare per asciugarlo in autonomia.
Il doccino, oltre tutto, era pieno di incrostazioni e il lavello non solo non scaricava correttamente, ma gocciolava continuamente, rendendo l’ambiente ancora più sgradevole; di questa cosa ci siamo accorti solamente l'ultimo giorno in quanto post-doccia era impossibile notarlo per via dell'allagamento.
Anche la pulizia della biancheria lasciava a desiderare, piccole macchie sui lenzuoli e sulla coperta.
Tenda strappata e ricucita ma con un buco, una faretto non funzionante, plafoniera con insetti morti intrappolati, phon con retina posteriore rotta... insomma tanti dettagli trascurati che danno un aspetto trasandato alla camera.
Normale la colazione, con poca varietà di prodotti.
Per un hotel che dovrebbe offrire un soggiorno confortevole, i problemi riscontrati sono stati davvero troppi e gestiti in modo superficiale. Personalmente non lo consiglierei.

Centraal en vriendelijk hotel met top ontbijt
Pros:

De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk. Ik had van tevoren gevraagd om een fles prosecco en 2 glazen op de kamer te laten zetten en dat werd meteen verzorgd. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en sympathiek, ze hebben veel uitstekende aanbevelingen gedaan voor restaurants en leukje plekjes. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en erg lekker. Het hotel ligt zeer centraal, op loopafstand van vele gezellige restaurants, winkels en de zee, maar heeft toch een relatief rustige ligging. Je kunt badlakens lenen om naar een lokale 'bagno' mee te nemen. Nogmaals hartelijk dank aan het hele team. Van harte aanbevolen!

Cons:

De bedden waren aan de harde kant. 's Nachts kon je soms de badkamer van de buren horen. Maar verder alles uitstekend.

Pros:

Posizione e colazione ottima.. possibilità anche di avere un posteggio auto a 10€ per tutto il giorno nelle strisce blu davanti all’hotel. Ci hanno fatto lostesso fare la colazione anche se l’orario in cui farla era già passato

Cons:

Per il Check out in ritardo si paga, noi dovevamo lasciare la camera alle 10 e siamo usciti alle 12 pagando 20€. Il bagno in camera da sistemare vetro della doccia che si è staccato e scarico del bidet bloccato

Cons:

Colazione scarsa nella frutta, succo finito e non era possibile riassortirlo.
In generale poco di tutto e anche la qualità discutibile.
Unica nota positiva,forse, le torte.
Il mattino non è stata pulita né riordinata la camera e anche dopo il nostro avviso in reception la stanza non è stata comunque risistemata.
L'esterno poco curato,tante cose rovinate.
Hotel a mio giudizio che si presenta come 3 stelle ma non offre né i servizi né un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
