Un rione molto caratteristico, da visitare!

La posizione era comoda per quello che dovevo fare, il quartiere è vivo e poi quel giorno c'era il gran balon che volevo girare da anni! Anche l'osteria del Balon è proprio vicino ed è ottima. La struttura è essenziale e pulita

Non serve brillare di oro, basta un po’ di cura, ordine e pulizia.

I muri hanno assolutamente bisogno di essere tinteggiati, ci vuole manutenzione nei mobili del bagno, le tende vanno lavate, sedie accatastate nel corridoio.

We arrived during a heatwave and the AC was not working. It was not really a hotel. It was a room in a grubby block of flats with windows onto the courtyard.

全体的に良かったです。
Pros:

周りにカフェなども多く、町の中心まで歩いて行ける。青空市場まで行けばトラムで移動も簡単。週末には蚤の市も開かれるようでその時はとても賑やかです。

Cons:

洗面所などの設備が古い。安いホテルなのでしょうがないが。

Gentilezza e ospitalità compensano le mancanze
Pros:

Il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto gentile ed ha accolto le nostre richieste, di poter cambiare stanza, dato che la prima proposta era minuscola (la porta del bagno quasi sbatteva sul letto all apertura) e dal bagno arrivava un terribile odore. Penso che avendo disponibile allo stesso prezzo la stanza che poi ci ha offerto - anche se con 2 letti anzichè il matrimoniale - ma molto più spaziosa, la prima stanza non avrebbero dovuto neanche proporla - terribile. Comunque è stato molto gentile nel soddisfare la nostra richiesta.
La posizione per noi e quello che dovevamo fare a Torino era ottima.

Cons:

La cabina doccia con le porte e le mattonelle sporche, le ragnatele sul muro e sul lampadario, gli scendiletto usurati e sporchi. La pulizia è essenziale anche in un hotel con una stella. Per il resto tutto secondo le aspettative.
