Chitose Station Hotel

We had a group doing a ski trip across Hokkaido & started our trip here. It is about a 5-10 minute train ride from the airport, which made it a convenient location. The rooms were comfortable for our overnight stay, before we got our rental vehicle & started our travels.
On our return, they were booked up but it would be a great place to stay overnight before a morning flight out of the airport.
The breakfast buffet was extensive with both Japanese & western options - all was tasty.

We stayed here overnight after our long flight to Hokkaido. Staff excellent.
The room is clean comfortable. Great breakfasts. Good location.
The staff at the counter also helped us to book bus tickets to Niseko, because the girls in "Chuo Bus" ticket office only speak Japanese. Thank you guys for the big help.

This hotel is near the bus station. You can walk about 5 minutes to the bus station. You can arrive ti the airport by bus within 15 minutes. But the hotel did not have service for transfering to airport. For morning flight, I recommend this hotel. Around the hotel have many shops and department stores. It’s very convenience. The staffs are very nice. The breakfast is delicious.

Especially for those who have an early flight out of Hokkaido this hotel is very convenient. Located at JR Chitose Station it is only about 7 minutes to the airport (2 stops). Japanese rooms as usual are a bit small but it offers close proximity not only to the airport but also to Aeon Mall. It also provides free breakfast which starts at 6 am, in time for you to catch your early flight.

It's definitely not a new hotel, but the room is very clean and tidy with quite a spacious bathroom (going by standard in Japan) !

The bed is comfortable, we have very good sleep. Breakfast is basic but nothing to complain about.

Only 2 stations away from Chitose airport, 8-10 min journey, be careful to take the right train cos not every service is heading towards the airport. But not to worry, there is announcement made in English when the "airport " service is arriving !

Overall, this hotel is highly recommended if u have a morning flight to catch.

Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel Equipment a bit old.4 person room but only have 2 cup. Room area is a bit smaller. Hotel Near the JR train station for trallever who is early flight is very convenient.

Hotel is situated and linked to the Chitose Train station and only one train stop away from the airport train station.
Our flight was cancelled at the last minute and airport concierge found us this hotel. I found it to be very convenient and reasonably priced with breakfast included. It was also a nice size for the two of us. Room has a cupboard which is old fashioned and only one central light. There are no wall lights with which we could dim the room. Wifi is good and breakfast has a good spread. There is a cafeteria and some shops in the station including a 100 yen shop but these shops close around 8pm. Opposite the station is a big Aeon shopping mall.
I read some brochures provided at the hotel on the beautiful scenery and lake in the Chitose area. It was snowing heavily when we got there and we could not explore the area. Perhaps next time.........

Booked a family room. Room was small with 2 single beds plus 1 bunk bed cramped into one room. Bathroom also small, but surprisingly quite comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was nice in terms of variety and taste. It was an international buffet that lean towards Japanese.

The hotel is conveniently located next to AEON, where you can do some shopping and get some food there. There's a restaurant that open until late under the hotel. Forgot the name of the restaurant but the food was nice and the price was reasonable.

Overall it was a comfortable stay.

It was a decent room. The bed was small so our feet stuck out. The bathroom was very spacious with a bathtub. Breakfast is served in the morning as a buffet and there is a shopping center across the road. Easy access to Train station and train direct to the airport.

Ideally located 10mins away from the airport whether by train or car. If you arrive by car, use the Chitose Station Hotel parking (building on the north-west side) and show your parking ticket during the check-out. Parking is free for guests.

Room (7th floor) was well isolated. Didn't open the window as there is aircon so can't say much about the noise. Breakfast was included for us (start at 6:30am) but since we had to rush to the airport didn't have time; looked good tough.

We stayed here for one night only, after arriving late into Sapporo. Having a baby in tow, I decided it was best to just stay the night near the airport instead of taking another 50 minutes train into the city.
The hotel was very conveniently located beside Chitose station (just two stops away from the airport) and is linked to the train station itself, so you don't even need to walk out of the building.
The room was larger than I expected, to be honest. Clean, well-maintained, nothing much to complain about.
Breakfast was simple but reasonably good.
Perfect for short stays when you are arriving late, or are leaving early the next day.
Due to the proximity to the train station, you will hear passing trains rather clearly if you open the window, but the sound insulation is pretty good that you wouldn't hear anything with the window shut.

Perfectly adequate for our needs, which was a place to stay before flying out early the next morning. My only complaint: I booked this hotel based on reading that there was a free 24hr airport shuttle which could carry snowboard bags, and they no longer operate an airport shuttle. While they are located basically in the train station, we barely made our flight catching the first available train.

This hotel is located in Chitose town, two stops before New Chitose Airport terminal.

The Chitose Station hotel is connected to the JR Chitose station via a covered passageway and through a small shopping complex named Pewre. It will take approximately 5-6 minutes to reach on foot. The Rapid Liner train will take 11 minutes to reach New Chitose Airport from Chitose station.

In Chitose town itself, there is a large Aeon Shopping Mall located opposite the Station hotel. You can take a passageway/staircase exit next to the hotel which leads you down to the road below from where you cross to get to the mall.

Our Double Room is spacious with more than ample room to layout 2 mid sized baggages in addition to backpacks. The bathroom is also big with a bathtub and a separate shower enclosure (as in some ryokans). There is a separate toilet cubicle outside along with a basin and mirror. There is a mini refrigerator in the room along with a small television set and a wardrobe. Cleanliness is generally okay with the exception of mildew behind the mirror in the bathroom and on some sections of the shower door.

The window in the room can be opened for ventilation although if you do open it you will hear buses starting their morning services at 4.30am (JR Chitose station also serves as a bus terminal).

Wifi is available in the room with steady connection speed.

Breakfast is served on the second floor starting at 6:30am but the restaurant lady workers were kind enough to let us in 10 minutes before opening time as they figured we had a flight to catch later. Food was buffet style consisting of Japanese cuisine such as stir fried vegetables and beancurd, stewed sanma (saury) fish in ginger sauce plus the usual western options of sausages, scrambled eggs, cold salad vegetables, etc. There is white bread and two other kinds of buns and you have the option of a few types of fruit jam in packet form and margarine but no butter. There is no cereal, cornflakes or otherwise but you can get good Hokkaido milk and hot coffee.

In conclusion, this is a reasonably good overnight option for those catching an early morning flight from New Chitose Airport or for those arriving late at the airport in the evening. Room rates are reasonable with breakfast included.

We stayed here for the Sapporo snow festival. It's about 10m by train from the airport and 30m by train to Sapporo, and 1 hour to Otaru. It's located in the station building and next to a small shopping mall. It's very clean, with a simple but adequate breakfast buffet. It may be more challenging if you dont speak Japanese. Good value and very comfortable. Good free wifi throughout.

This is the second time I used this hotel.Hotel is located besides Chitose Station.There are many shops around station and this hotel is linked to midsized- shopping mall. Room was larger than those of this price level, and clean. Staffs services are not satisfactory, but it was not disappointing considering price level and its advantages as location.Checkout time was 11AM, it is satisfactory.

Connected to Chitose station ,to which it takes less than ten minutes from Chitose Airport station, this hotel is very convenient as location.There are several shopping stores near the hotel as well.Room was larger than the average.Minimum equippments were available.

Chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station and it was. After alighting from train, elevator to the 2nd floor, exit the station turn-stile and follow the square "H" sign to the hotel. Functional, clean, larger than usual room with the usual amenities (except no ear-buds or free water), good linen/comfortable sleep, strong water pressure in the shower and room wifi. Proximity to the trains mean you also hear the trains when you open the windows. The off-season rate we got made it very good value for money.

Came in off a late flight so checked in past 9 pm. Friendly reception with adequate English spoken. We had dinner at the cafe on the ground floor (only establishment that was open at that hour). Food was inexpensive and not too shabby. Our hotel rate included buffet breakfast. Offerings were Western & Japanese - simple and tasty and we enjoyed it.

We also checked out the Aeon Mall across the street after check out in the morning. Has a large supermarket (with best prices for everyday things), Macdonalds, bakeries and food kiosks/outlets (including kaiten sushi n ramen etc).

This hotel is located only two stations from the airport, and I selected this hotel for the fact that it is accessible from the Chitose JR station by a covered walkway so that we don't have to trudge through snow with our luggage and kids. We stayed in a non-smoking family room, which comfortably sleeps four (two single beds and a bunk bed), and we slept well enough for an overnight stay. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly (though not much English is spoken), and breakfast was substantial with a good enough selection of both Japanese and western food. We could see the train tracks and the Aeon shopping centre from our room, but it was quiet. I wished we had enough time to explore the area a bit more to give a review of the conveniences around. I thought it was good value for what it was - it is quite difficult to find a spacious hotel room that sleeps four in Japan!

This is the best choice if you need to be near Chitose airport. It is the only hotel in the area that's connected by a covered walkway from Chitose JR station. Right across the road is Aeon shopping centre, a 7-Eleven is right outside the JR station. The hotel is situated in a mini shopping mall with a good Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. The prices at the restaurant are good too.
