大人数の利用に便利！
Pros:

景色がよかった。部屋が清潔だった。説明が明確だった。

Cons:

お風呂のお湯が溜まるのに時間がかかった。2階のシャワーのお湯が出なかった。

2樓的海景很美，值得多停留。公共空間舒適，房間格局佳。位置在北熱海的小坡上，沒有自駕旅客，較不易到達，巴士班次較少，也不容易拉行李搭乘要注意。走路下山輕鬆，上山行動不便者較困難。
