Comfortable room with additional space, ideal for our family of 4 staying 6 nights. Great access to trains, close to the sumo tournament and a lovely neighbourhood. Washing machine available at hotel.
The loft style beds may not suit everyone. Neither sleeping area had ceilings high enough to stand up, and the top level was very creaky when climbing stairs and walking to beds. But this layout created additional space in the room and worked our family.
It was clean
Quiet, Great shower, comfortable beds, clean, Convenience Stores nearby, 5 minute walk to a nice bakery. Close to JR Station (10 minute walk), which had great options for Food, Lovely Fresh Udon Noodles, Ramen

Good location for us as a family of four. Close to transport, loved the autumn leaves and colours around the area. Quiet, peaceful, enjoyed the 4 beds for a bit of space and the kids loved the bunks. Friendly staff.
Room is a little bit dark even with lights on and window shades open.
スタッフの対応が良かったです。
洗濯が部屋にあったら良かった。
寛ぎスペースが少し狭い。
Quiet neighborhood.
Not enough towels, we had to go downstairs to get amenities, the sounds outside were loud when people walked by, the kitchen didn’t have any cutlery so it would not have been useful at all. We got in trouble playing quiet music while packing. The washroom was not as clean as other hotels we stayed in. Ceilings are low for the rooms- if you are taller I don’t recommend these types of rooms. The staff lady was rude to us for some reason. Far from subway ie. 15+ min walk.
Nice staff and location
Nice room
None
The unit is very dirty, especially bathroom not only dirty but also has very bad smell. I don’t think the cleaner did a good job on cleaning. The location is out of no where. In the description mentioned washing machine but there’s no washing machine in the room. They should listed as communal washing machine (coin machine) to avoid misunderstanding.
L'emplacement juste à côté d'un joli temple et du métro.
Calme et confortable.
The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area. Nearby there are incredible restaurants and a great supermarket, and it is a 5 minute walk to Ryogoku train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are modern and we liked the split level set-up as we travelled with our toddler and my elderly mother.
Our only small notes are we felt that the cleaners needed to dust the room more as it was very dusty when we checked in, and that the cups should be provided in the room and not at the front desk, as these were not available when we checked in but were on offer the following day when we had already purchased cups to use. We also understand that hotel sizes in Tokyo are quite compact as we have stayed in other hotels in the city before, but if you are over 6 feet tall you may find the sleeping areas challenging. We were able to manage this, but just a note for taller people when booking a stay here. Otherwise, we really loved our stay, and will hopefully book a stay here the next time we’re in Tokyo.
