Die Lage ist top. Ruhiges Wohnviertel, gut angebunden . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pied à terre parfait au calme
Pros:

Très bonne adresse, chambre familiale confortable et joliment aménagée.
Personne absolument charmant et toujours prêt à aider. Parlent un anglais parfait.
Tout proche d’un accès métro dans un quartier calme.

Cons:

Pour une chambre familiale un micro-ondes dans la chambre serait vraiment bien. Il y en a cependant un au RDCH donc pas bloquant.

Pros:

Location close to the subway is great for the exhausted feet. Personnel at the reception is courteous.

Cons:

The space is tight for someone coming from the west. There is no closet. Having said that, the double height makes it comfortable to sleep in. The lower beds have a very low ceiling, so you need to be careful when waking up.

Extremely poor service, particularly from the receptionist who was very rude and unwelcoming. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone, please consider carefully if you are thinking about staying at this hotel.

Spacious and clean room and modern, very kind and helpful staff, close to subway and family mart. Cheap wending machine in the lobby with drinks

It was a bit thin walls so you have to be a bit more quiet to not disturb the other guests

Very enjoyable stay. Staff very helpful and thoughtful.
Pros:

Really enjoyed the design of the hotel. Peaceful location and close to subway station.

Cons:

Couldn’t quite get used to the low headroom over the sleeping platform. Would have liked a cafe facility in the lobby.

Lovely neighbourhood
Pros:

Comfortable room with additional space, ideal for our family of 4 staying 6 nights. Great access to trains, close to the sumo tournament and a lovely neighbourhood. Washing machine available at hotel.

Cons:

The loft style beds may not suit everyone. Neither sleeping area had ceilings high enough to stand up, and the top level was very creaky when climbing stairs and walking to beds. But this layout created additional space in the room and worked our family.
