Pros:

Breakfast was great and very filling.. The service was good and the grounds are very beatiful and serene

Convenient location but noisy until after 11pm every night.
Pros:

Clean and close to facilities. Lovely staff and green grass lawn at the back.

Cons:

Extremely noisy at night until about 1130pm. Loud music stops at 10pm but revellers drink and laugh until much later even on week nights. If you like sleep this is not the hotel for you.

Pros:

The manager is very good and the director and also Anita who I meet at the reception the first day they listen and act but the waiters you request for something only to tell you they forgot. The tv is controlled from one point and when we requested to watch the news the lady at the reception Vero didn't bother and the service is really slow. They should improve on that. The music is also too loud you can't sleep well. They should also improve on the breakfast. But overall the Director and manager are trying to do a good job so there's room for improvement

It's ok for someone on a budget and away from home
Pros:

Friendly staff who are approachable and helpful.

Cons:

The internet was very poor kept on disconnecting, wifi info not easily available and had to request from staff, no intercom , tv very limited channels, no tv remote to navigate just to mention a few
