Руководство отеля <<Кристалл>> в первый день приезда отсутствовал свет!вода!в номере я спросила на ресепшене а как. В туалет сходить на что мне пояснили внутри есть бутылка с водой и ковшик👆вот оно как интересно!в ванной в душевой не закрывается дверцы🧐вода не уходит канализация не работает,телевизор не работал постоянно отключался ,пляж это отдельная история 👆Первая линия пляжа👆зачем вы врете,все что вы сдесь написали
Все вранье до пляжа идти 40минут берег каменистый где купаться 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻вайфай не работает его вообще нет мне пояснили
Зона спа где она её тоже нет ,завтрак в в 9:00утра девушка на ресепшен спит я её бужу она ищет официанта в 10:00 завтрак приносят но. До этого по три раза все переспросят ,у вас в кафе на улице в Кристале я заказала овощи. Гриль мне все сырое принесли это как вообще
Вы вообще интересовались как у вас живут гости ,и за все за это мы вам не маленькие деньги заплатили ,Руководство загляните во внутрь, проверьте номера своими глазами вы плохие руководители у вас даже ручек нет на дверцах у шифанера и тумбочек 👆👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Pros:

Доброжелательное отношение, когда не прошел платеж, спокойно заселили и сказали что решим завтра.

Cons:

Отвратительное обслуживание официантов-ждать завтрак около часа-нормальное явление, приносят не то,что заказал,о столовых приборах понятие очень приблизительное,ножи для них лишний аксессуар.

A very relaxing stay.
Pros:

Quiet location near the lake. It was very peaceful this time of year. The food was excellent and available any time after 9 am. The bed was comfortable and the room a reasonable size. They arranged a visit to the springs in Cholponata as we didn’t have a car. Staff were friendly and accommodated our lack of Russian language skill.

Cons:

There were few other places to buy food at this time of year but the restaurant in the hotel had an excellent menu so it didn’t bother us.

Pleasant hotel very close to the beach
Pros:

Very close to the lakeshore, you can really walk down for a swim in a minute or two. We ordered a-la-carte dinner and the boso lagman was really delicious. The young reception boy who also spoke English was very nice.

Cons:

The decor was a little bit kitschy, but it was fine. The beds were comfortable, the only thing I can mention is that the toilet tank button was usually stuck, we couldn't get it unstuck so the tank often kept filling loudly.

Descent stay
Pros:

It was located very close to the lake, so we could walk there. The host, despite speaking no English was very kind.

Cons:

I am not sure if this was so off-season that we saw no human here, it was more like a ghost town. It may also be a little tricky to find the place.
The room wasn't the cleanest with the bins left un-cleaned. Washrooms were extremely tiny and for a King Suite it wasn't that big.

Pros:

During my stay at the hotel, there were several aspects that stood out positively. The hotel staff’s continuous presence and their helpful attitude were greatly appreciated. They provided useful guidance on finding a pharmacy and even accommodated our request for an earlier breakfast, which turned out to be quite delectable and tasty. The breakfast, while offering a variety of options from a menu including warm dishes, bread, cheese, and a choice between coffee and tea, unfortunately did not live up to the advertised English breakfast.

Cons:

However, there were a number of aspects that left me dissatisfied with the overall experience. The hotel’s pricing did not seem justified in light of the outdated facilities and partially broken amenities. It was disheartening to be asked to sign a document with stringent rules and potential fines upon check-in, while the room itself displayed signs of wear and tear. The shower, with its calcified cabin and low water pressure, was far from ideal. The maintenance issues extended to a missing remote lid held together by tape, a malfunctioning toilet flush, and an excessively noisy fridge within a cabinet with a faulty door hinge. Limited housekeeping, occurring only once in five days, and the need to repeatedly request basic items like toilet paper at the reception felt inconvenient and somewhat uncomfortable. The rooms’ inadequate sound isolation resulted in disturbances from neighboring guests and staff conversations throughout the night, leading to sleepless nights.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was close to beach.

Cons:

We stayed there for 2 days and did not have any hot water to take a shower. That was too terrible.
Wi-Fi connection was so poor. even we were not able to send a message!!!!!!!!!!!!
