Pros:

Il personale ha cercato di aiutarmi ma la direzione è stata pessima

Cons:

Mi hanno cambiato tre volte la stanza: sporca, vecchia, rumorosa e senza copertura Wi-Fi.
Dopo aver visto la terza camera ed aver espresso il desiderio di andare altrove mi hanno chiesto il pagamento della prima notte.
La posizione è a sua volta in una Pessima zona, sporca e poco raccomandabile

Good hotel near RCMRD
Pros:

The first room I had wasn't good. The second day I changed for a better room (with surcharge) and the difference was huge. The room had good size, the shower was good, the bed confortable. A little noisy in the morning after 7 am due to the gym.

Cons:

The first room I had was really average: no air con, very hot (exposed to south east) and very noisy because near the pool (on sunday ther was loud music up do 2 am !).
Service is always very slow, whaterver you need. Bring a drink at the cafe, takes 20 min. I asked some ice in the room, the first time arrived after 30 minutes, the second time never arrived.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Schön weitläufiges Hotelgrundstück. Bett sehr gut für empfindlichen Rücken. Frühstück und Essen à la carte war gut.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas hellhörig: man hört früh morgens zufallende Türen, laute Unterhaltung anderer Gäste und des Personals. Gegen 8 Uhr morgens Anrufe ins Zimmer, ob man noch zum Frühstück komme. Frühstück nur bis 9 Uhr

I did not stay, ran away in the afternoon
Pros:

The room was advertised as having a pool view, but it did not. It was on the ground floor, down an alleyway, with a terrace surrounded by barbed wire. I did not stay the night and left in the afternoon for another hotel. I had to pay to retrieve my luggage. The lobby looked good; otherwise, all facilities were substandard.

FRIENDLY&VERY COMFORTABLE- WITH AN EXCELLENT GYM.
Pros:

The head of housekeeping is marvellous. She immediately moved us to a nicer room which made a real difference given that we were there for five days. The gym classes are full of spirit! I highly recommend them. Some of the gym equipment like the cross trainer needs maintenance.
All of the staff could not have been nicer and the price for drinks is very reasonable. We are vegetarians and we had excellent dining options as well.
The rooms are very pleasant- spacious and exceedingly clean.

Will come back and stay with you again. This was my second stay over a year and you always please.
Pros:

The stsaff and setting of your Hotel is very friendly and relaxing. Always very clean, organized and attentive to guests needs. Manager makes great efforts to thank us for staying and making sure all is well.

Top Quality Staff - Very Pleasant Place to Stay
Pros:

The staff were exceptional - the quality of service, friendliness, attention to detail and professionalism exceeded many other hotels I've stayed at around the world. I would return to this hotel without any hesitation, knowing that I was surrounded by such a helpful and kind team. The hotel was safe, comfortable and clean. I enjoyed having an outdoor seating area to enjoy fresh air. The food was lovely and the menu varied. I enjoyed my stay a lot - thank you!

Cons:

The booking dot com site needs a few minor updates (e.g., there are no mosquito nets, they use plug in insecticide tools). But nothing of any concern, and nothing that takes away from what a lovely find this hotel was).
