A fantastic getaway, with lots of facilities for small children. The suite was huge and unexpectedly featured a bottle of local champagne and a large fruit bowl, which were much appreciated 😄

Cons:

The room said it had enough beds for 3 people, but I must have missed something because one of us ended up sleeping on the couch, which was not comfortable.

For one day, it is a good option, but for longer stays it can be uncomfortable due to the poor mattress and the food qua
Pros:

** The yard is beautiful and spacious. There is a private road to Lake Shchuchye. In winter, you can do cross-country skiing and sledding. Everything is free.
** Homemade food is very tasty 😍 (pelmeni, manty, etc.).
** The reception staff are very welcoming, friendly, and warm 👍 (the girls are great).
** There are cute rabbits in the yard 😍🐰
** Free transfer from the railway station 🔥👍

Cons:

** Pizza was awful, poorly prepared. Desserts were tasteless as well 😢
** Daily cleaning was poor: the floors were wet, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and overall cleanliness was below expectations.
** The rooms were cold at night.
** The beds are uncomfortable; the mattress causes back pain. It’s hard to stay for several days.
** The pool water was over-chlorinated, and it caused a severe allergic reaction.

Очень понравились сотрудники на ресепшн, доброжелательные, все подсказывали.
Понравился сотрудник в спортивной зоне и сам бассейн с термомассажем и сауной.

Cons:

Желательно поменять кафель на полу в ванной, очень травмоопасный, глянцевый. Когда включаешь воду, очень скользит. Или постелить сверху кафеля резиновый коврик.

Завтрак был несколько скудным. Почему-то в первый день блюда выдавали сами работники, во второй день был на выбор много блюд. Кофе за отдельную плату продавали, но качество и вкус оставляет желать лучшего.

Берите с видом на горы, просыпаешься утром и такой вид 🔥 тихо спокойно, чистый воздух. Еда вкусная.
Pros:

Все! Очень вкусная кухня. Колбаски говяжьи от шефа просто 🔥🔥🔥 заселили в номер где кровать была сломана, обратился на ресепшен, пришли посмотрели и сразу поменяли на другой еще лучше номер. Персонал улыбчивый вежливый. Шумоизоляция в номере хорошая. Не слышно соседей.

Cons:

В туалете была паутина где унитаз и женские волосы в ванной. А так чисто и без посторонних запахов. Всего 5 лежаков в бассейне.

Gut, aber im Sommer eher zu empfehlen
Pros:

Mitte Oktober waren wir die einzigen Gäste im Hotel das sehr idyllisch am See liegt, daher mehr Personal als Gäste. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet. Englische Sprachkenntnisse nicht vorhanden. Indoorpool wird derzeit renoviert. Ein Besuch im Sommer würde wahrscheinlich zu noch besserer Bewertung führen.

Cons:

Hinweis auf die Problematik bei der Bezahlung der Gebühren für den National Park, denn das Hotel liegt darin. Besser das Hotel kündigt den Besuch mit PKW (Nummernschild, Kameraerfassung) an und übernimmt die geringe Gebühr.

Pros:

Отдых удался. Девочки на ресепшене доброжилательные. Большая зелёная территория, сауна , бассейн. Хотелось бы чтоб раньше открывался бассейн,а так всё отлично.

Cons:

Нельзя рассчитаться российскими рублями. Не где обменять деньги, необходимо выезжать.
Не понравился шлагбаум, при въезде(платный). Для Россиян очень не удобно.

Отдых в середине августа
Pros:

Прекрасный отель с большой территорией, на которой оборудованы детские площадки, загончик для кроликов, небольшой пляж, катамараны, подвесная дорожка вдоль берега, оборудованные смотровые площадки с восхитительными видами. Завтраки вкусные и сытные, шведский стол. Теплый бассейн и ванна с гидромассажем. Отель подходит для людей, которые уже много раз были в Боровом и не стремятся увидеть новое, для спокойного отдыха на территории всё есть.

Cons:

Отель находится в заповедной зоне, въезд для машин платный, рядом нет никаких экскурсионных бюро, никаких достопримечательностей, альтернативных кафе или магазинов. Приходилось ездить в Бурабай, на такси получается дорого. Из заявленных проката велосипедов и самокатов в наличии было всего лишь 2 велосипеда.

Прекрасное место! Уютное, уединенное, несмотря на достаточное количество других гостей отеля. Хорошая, большая территория со множеством разнообразных активных и тихих локаций. Сытное разнообразное меню, как на завтраке, как и в целом в ресторане. Доброжелательный персонал.
