Pros:

Etablissement bien situé, dans un quartier assez calme. Chambre très propre. Lit très confortable Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel très agréable.
La vue est très belle si vous êtes au dernier étage.

A vista do quarto era incrível, vimos os balões e o por do sol todos os dias. O café da manhã era bom e feito na hora. A localização era ótima e bem centralizada.

The location is perfect.
Pros:

Good sized room and bathroom, quiet location. The bed was comfy with a large bed, tidy and very clean.
Owners were very helpful and sorted train tickets, scooters and excursions for us.
Free breakfast was good.
Would recommend for a stay in Vang Vieng.

Cons:

Nothing at all for the price.

1. Nacht leider in beengtem Doppelzimmer. Bekamen aber im Nachbarhotel (heißt Local Guesthouse), das auch Alex und seinem Bruder gehört, ein helles, richtig großes Doppelzimmer mit Balkonbereich im 3. Stock. Das war toll. Frühstück dann im eigentlichen Hotel. Viel Obst!!! Und Auswahl unter 5 Varianten. Alles lecker. Wäscheservice für 40000 Kip/kg binnen eines Tages zuverlässig erledigt. Alex unterstützt mit Tourangeboten und auch der Weiterfahrt nach Vientiane. (Unbedingt diese Richtung nur mit Minivan, da wegen Autobahn in knapp 2 Stunden am Ziel, würde bei Bedarf auch an Flughafen absetzen. Zug völlig unpraktisch für diesen Streckenabschnitt allein.)

Highly recommend,
Pros:

I loved the location,
The bedroom was very clean, a bit dated.
I missed breakfast there because I woke up so late, even it is free and served until 10.00 AM. I enjoyed walking around the property's neighborhood, and loved the terrace in front of the hotel, where I sat and had some drinks.
Friendly staff from Vietnam, very helpful and so kind.

Great staff, great people working there!
Pros:

This hotel is centrally located in Vang Vieng, near many good local restaurants and an interesting morning market. The staff are taking care of guests' stay with a friendly smile!
The quiet hotel is far from busy streets with bars and parties, not so far from night market. The room is a bit small, but very clean and tidy, enough space to store the luggage,
Breakfast was also simple with some fresh fruits and optional eggs, tea, coffee. It was acceptable for the price.

This is not a hotel,its basically a hostel,dirty,unkempt and in desperate need of an upgrade.
Do not stay here unless you are prepared to rough it.,cold showers,aircon not effective and exceptionally noisy,either a wedding party going on until 2am or the rooster next door waking you up at 4am

Pros:

バイクレンタルも手配してくれて、頼めばガソリンを入れて来てくれたり、ツアーや鉄道駅までのタクシーの手配など色々と対応してくれて助かりました。
目の前の通りで朝市が開かれていて、とても楽しかったです。
中心部からは少し離れていますが、食事できるところも近くにあり、困ることはありませんでした。

The staff were brilliant, couldn't be more helpful and arranged activities and transport for us, and gave us a later checkout.
