This was by far the worst apartment I have ever stayed in.
The internet was the worst I have ever used.
The sockets were so loose that we couldn’t even charge our devices.
The kitchen had nothing usable—only a broken kettle.
There wasn’t even a rubbish bin. Knives or forks are also unavailable. Just empty closets.
They gave us for 6 days for 3 people 1 piece of toilet paper and then I asked for more cleaning lady said that they calculated how much we should have gotten.
The bed was so soft that none of us could sleep properly.
We were three people, yet no bed linens were provided for the sofa. I needed to ask two times for it. We got bad lines with holes.
Overall, the experience was unbelievably bad. I strongly recommend not staying here. The only positive was the location, absolutely nothing else.
When I tried to complain, the receptionist didn’t even respond, just stayed silent. I asked if she was aware of the internet issue, and she said no. However, in other reviews I noticed that many guests had already complained about the same problem.

Двухспальная кровать состояла из 2х односпальных матрасов, неудобно. Вода в раковине не нагревалась. Слышимость очень плохая, не могла уснуть из-за разговоров в соседней комнате.

Hard to find location,

1. Номер не был подготовлен для 3х человек - не хватало полотенец, банных принадлежностей и даже одеял. После нескольких звонков на ресепшен всё это поднесли.
2. В номере на кухне отсутствовало даже мусорное ведро! Вилки, ложки, кружки - забудьте. При этом есть плита. Т.е если вы будете со своей сковородкой, то сможете ее погреть.
3. Все розетки разбиты. Чтобы зарядить телефон нужно изобретать поддерживающие конструкции...
4. Какое-то ноу хау в ванной. Вода течет одновременно и из крана, и из лейки душа.
5. Это не в сторону отеля, но в сторону строителей дома. Применены очень интересные архитектурные решения, которые заставляют задуматься над смыслом бытия...

My stay at this hotel in Almaty was one of the most stressful and unprofessional experiences I have ever had. The staff was completely uncooperative from the start, but what happened on the day of checkout was unbelievable.

Although checkout was at 12:00 noon, no one informed me. At 2:00 pm the staff called and said I had to pay half-day charges. I agreed without arguing. However, when I went back to my room, the key no longer worked because they had *locked* my room until I paid. I went downstairs, paid the amount, and returned—only to find that the key still didn’t work.

The staff tried to open the door themselves but failed. They admitted the lock had issues, yet instead of taking responsibility, they told me they needed to call a “master” to open it. The first master couldn’t open it. Then they said they needed to call another master and that I would have to pay **40,000 tenge** for it. I was shocked. All my belongings—passport, luggage, laptop—were inside the room, and I had a flight in three hours. I explained repeatedly that this was not my fault, but the staff simply said “up to you.” If I didn’t pay, I would miss my flight.

This dragged on for **2–3 hours** while my family, including **three small children**, waited outside in the cold, shivering and stressed. The lack of responsibility, empathy, and basic professionalism from the staff was unbelievable.

I strongly advise any traveler to **avoid this hotel**. No one should experience this level of incompetence and disrespect, especially when traveling with family.

Завтрак не предлагали при заселении, не знаю, есть ли там они. Но благо рядом есть кафешки, где можно покушать. Приезжал с детьми на игру Кайрат-Реал, расположение для этих целей топ, 5 минут пешком до Центрального Стадиона. Остальное как то печально показалось. Сервиса 0, мало бывал в апарт отелях, может так везде и это норма? Но после нормальных отелей как то грустно это выглядело. Бронь не могли найти сразу, но благо все же нашли. Мы уже зашли в номер и легли спать, был ночной перелет и заселились в 6 утра, как нам звонят, что мол вы не оплатили. Я говорю, мы уже разделись, давайте оплатим при выезде, нет, надо сразу. Почему сразу не сказали про оплату, пока мы регистрировались, не знаю. Короче в каждом действии какой то дискомфорт. Ну ладно, хоть Кайрат неплохую игру показал, хотя и проиграл )
