Rooms were nice. Staff were lovely and the restaurant was good.
The walls are really thin. There’s a temple opposite which was making a lot of noise at all hours of the day.
The hotel location is great. The staff was always nice and helpful. The room is comfortable and the balcony is nice too.
The blanket in the mattress was not clean.
The property was well situated within the city, being walking distance to Dutch Bay beach. The staff were helpful and the room was clean. I liked the fact that a restaurant was downstairs, where you could get any type of food you want.
The was no WiFi in the rooms. There is WiFi in the restaurant, but nothing past that. Everything was slightly on the expensive side, but worth the convenience.
Great location if you like to be in the heart of a community. Walking distancing to Dutch Bay and a few local attractions. Calling it a Resort is a bit of a stretch. Lol
It seems a lot of construction in Asia, the plumbing people don't use drain peatraps to prevent sewer gas coming back into the rooms. So there sewer gas smell. Burn a candle helps 😊
The room was clean and fresh towels were provided. In general in was nice enough. Unfortunately, the cover we got was torn in two places and the whole building itself was poorly soundproof as we could hear the elevator jingle and other guests very clearly.
We had a realy good stay! The staff is realy friendly and helpful. Only the laundry was realy expensive.

People are really kind and the hotel is wonderfully located.
It was late at night and they refused to allote me the room. When asked why, they said we already gave them to walk-in customers. They demanded five times the amount. Extremely rude behaviour.. Don't go by ratings
This place is exceptionally safe and clean, with a delightful location. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant offers amazing food. I opted for the Sri Lankan rice and curry for lunch, and it was truly fantastic. If you find yourself in this area and are in need of a satisfying meal, don't overlook this place.
