Wohlfühlen in Habanara, jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Wir haben uns dort 3 Tage lang sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und vor allem Mahesh, der Hotelchef, hat alles getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlten. Er hat uns toll beraten wegen der Ausflüge und alles organisiert und hat uns auch etliche Male gefahren.
Im Pool kann man sich wunderbar erfrischen.
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, man kann sich wirklich gut entspannen und ist trotzdem in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum.
Vor allem das Frühstück ist super und sehr abwechslungsreich und vielfältig.
Die Dusche hat ordentlich Druck und das Wasser kommt warm!

Bien dans l'ensemble, le lieu est beau, le personnel très sympa, le patron serviable. Nous pouvions manger sur place ou dans le restaurant du patron qui nous y emmenait.

Cons:

Le chemin d'accès est difficile, le soir, c'est compliqué.

Secluded tropical stay with pool and great breakfast
Pros:

Great quiet location, close to centre with short walk to shops and restaurants but quiet and secluded with tropical feel. Nice room and bathroom with lovely garden and communal area. Very good pool which we used every day. Huge breakfast with enough to keep over for dinner. Very helpful and friendly staff and someone on site all the time.

Cons:

Nothing to not like, it was perfect.

Een enorm uitgebreid ontbijt en super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Een klein beetje buiten het centrum maar zeker niet onoverkomelijk. Enkel had de kamer wat opbergruimte mogen hebben.

El personal muy amable. Hay una piscina (no había toallas en principio pero pregunté y nos la dieron).
Desayuno muy abundante y bueno.
Habitación correcta. Ojo, enchufes antiguos (hace falta adaptador). Aire acondicionado ok.

Cons:

No es culpa de ellos pero se escuchó un perro ladrar toda la noche.
Está detrás la calle principal, por la noche está a oscuras, prever linterna (eso ya nos ha pasado, es algo habitual aquí).

Buena experiencia
Pros:

El mejor desayuno que hemos tenido en Sri Lanka y CAF adía iba variando. El dueño era muy amable y nos ayudó a organizar las actividades de los días que estuvimos allí.

Cons:

Para llegar al hotel había que recorrer un camino sin asfaltar, lo que dificultaba el acceso.

beautiful garden with jungle feeling around with nice pool, few mins walk to the centre for restaurants and shoppings, excellent position for trips to Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Minneriya safari, Sigirya and Dambulla, rich and very tasty breakfast, and the best at the end: incredible staff !!! Mahesh and his team, very open , friendly and very helpful , these people make Bangalawa resort the place which will give you unforgettable stay , I travel a lot around Asia, but I never experienced such attitude of staff towards its guests, highly reccomend this place, definitely will come again when I come to Sri Lanka next time

Beautiful and peaceful place close to nature and the city centre
Pros:

Wonderful breakfast, great Sri Lankan food mixed with European. A little different every day. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Mahesh, the owner organised our pick-up from the airport, our elephant safari, a driver whenever we needed one and even took us on his daily morning walk where we observed lots of different birds and walked in the footsteps of some elephants that had been there a little while earlier. He made sure we had everything we needed and answered any question. Thanks again! Would definitely stay there again!

Großartig! Unbedingt empfehlenswert
Pros:

Der Eigentümer sowie die Staff waren super zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück morgens war der absolute Hammer! Jeden Tag gab es eine andere einheimische Speise- aber auch Pancakes, Toast und Marmelade sowie Früchte gab es immer.
Wir wurden sogar am ersten Abend zu einer Geburtstagsparty inklusive Karaoke - Singen eingeladen. Alle haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert und jedes Problem wurde sofort behoben. Mahesh, der Chef, arrangiert auch Ausflüge, Safaris etc. Essen gibt es nicht vor Ort , es gibt allerdings eine Menü - Karte von einem dazugehörigen Restaurant, über die man Essen bestellen kann. Alles sehr easy. Wir waren begeistert- den Pool haben wir alle sehr geliebt!

Pros:

Las instalaciones estaban fenomenal. Hay una persona que te atiende las 24h además de facilitarte en todo momento el transporte. El desayuno era muy abundante y delicioso.

Cons:

Quizás la ubicación. En el camino hasta llegar a la casa faltaba un poco de iluminación sobre todo de noche. Por lo demás todo genial.
