Pros:

La piscina era genial. El personal muy amable y la comida muy rica.

Cons:

Muchos bichos fuera, pero las puertas no están bien selladas y entraba de todo en la habitación.
No hay ningún servicio cerca.

Wat een fantastische plek. Precies als in de positieve reviews hierboven al beschreven. Heerlijk zwembad tussen de rijstvelden. Prima hutten om in te verblijven. Goede airco en wifi. We hebben er in de avond heerlijk gegeten en de volgende dag kregen we om 04.30 ontbijt mee op safari. Alles werd prima geregeld door heel vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader! Misschien wel de leukste booking van onze reis.

Mooie kamer en badkamer, knap uitzicht van aan het zwembad

Cons:

Personeel wist niet goed wat ze deden en deden niet echt moeite, ook al waren ze wel heel vriendelijk. Je kreeg geen info, moest alles zelf vragen, er liepen 2 jonge gasten rond die niets proactief deden (bv ontbijt klaarzetten op gevraagde uur, zwembad kuisen,...). De kuisvrouw was het beste, zij leek daar alles te doen, koken, watertjes en wc papier naar kamer brengen, ontbijt maken. Ik snap niet echt wat de rest van het personeel daar deed, ze liepen wat rond en veegden bladeren op. Een beetje muziek en betere service (bv zelf vuilnis wegsmijten, eten opdienen dat je bestelt zelf halen en op een bord zetten) doet wonderen. In de avond was een tuk tuk geregeld en men zei dat we maar loesten sturen naar hotel zodat die ons terug oppikte, maar we kregen geen antwoord, en terug in het hotel let een eigen geregelde tuk tuk zagen we dat het personeel aan het zwembad rustte let wat muziek. Geen excuses achteraf gekregen. Zeker niet aan te raden voor deze prijs.

lovely clean rooms, dinner was excellent, the staff were lovely and very helpful for booking a safari and our onward travel. the safari we booked through them was excellent and they provided us with packed breakfast for it.

I can appreciate perhaps the staff don’t know English well enough however, they told me on serval occasions including written on WhatsApp that they would organise a safari to Yala for us. They asked us to be ready at reception at 5am yet no one was there and we had to book a safari on our own last minute. Also the breakfast is really disappointing and not very good.

Serene bungalow stay
Pros:

Such a cute hotel with private bungalows, the staff was helpful in organizing our safari straight from the hotel and even provided dinner and breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean, complementary water was also provided in the room. The hotel was nice and quiet and in the middle of rice fields making it a relaxing stay.
