L'emplacement d'hôtel est très bien situé par rapport à la plage à 5 minutes à pied avec de très bons restaurants.

Un peu faible au niveau de la wi-fi.
nous étions la chambre au-dessus de la cuisine et il y avait quelques odeurs qui rentraient dans la chambre nous avons coupé la ventilation de la chambre pour ne plus avoir d'odeur

Pros:

location was close to food spots and the beach

Cons:

The bathroom was really dirty (water marks and spots all over the tiles, stinky drain), the beds had blood and yellow stains and when the staff changed them as we did not want to sleep in that, we saw the whole mattress underneath was black like mold. The next day there was suddenly bird poop next to the pillow on the bad ?! So an animal or bird must have been somewhere as we always kept the door shut.
The breakfast was pretty minimalist for the price- a bit of toast, jam, butter and fruits, not a great value for the price.

The laundry service also took a lot longer and the stuff came back half wet, which made all clothes smell stinky afterall.
In the end there was an incident as the staff forgot the payment, but took the whole fault to us and made pressure to pay on a private bank account instead of giving us time to handle it via booking customer service.

Good facilities, nice staff and yummy breakfast.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, good pool and breakfast was lovely. Staff were very nice, welcomed us with fruit juice.
Hotel sorted activity of dolphin watching for us.

Cons:

Shower - rainfall shower cold water only and small shower head only has hot water however no stand for the shower to sit so had to hold whilst showering what’s abit awkward.
Pool facilities only 2 sun lounges that were covered in bird poo. Maybe add more facilities to encourage pool use. We only used it once.

Pros:

Staff were very attentive and gave good suggestions. Gave us Sri Lankan breakfast when we asked instead of continental. Good peaceful location and quiet, fairly close to the beach and other restaurants.

Cons:

Room wasn't cleaned when we asked (maybe we came back to the room too early) but they gave us towels whenever we asked. The pool was lovely but did have a little debris from trees but it would be difficult to stop that.

Meget godt, sikkert og trygt
Pros:

Personalet er virkelig søde og taler både engelsk og tamilsk. De er gæstfrie. Morgenmaden er god og kan nydes udenfor ved poolen.
Området er perfekt!

Will stay again simply because of the great service offered by all the staff.
Pros:

Top marks to all of the staff who were just lovely., no request was too much. Hotel was kept clean and tidy all of the time. Breakfast requests were catered for, it was a bit noisy with the crows at all hours of the day.

Cons:

Crows. End of season vibe.

El personal que trabaja allí es simplemente MARAVILLOSO! nos han tratado como familia, de forma cercana y atenta en todo momento. Durante una semana de estancia nos hemos sentido como en casa en este hotel. Sin duda volveremos!
La calidad de las habitaciones, la comodidad de las habitaciones, el desayuno era espectacular y variado todos los días a tendiendo a las necesidades especiales de casa cliente. Hemos podido descansar y disfrutar con toda la tranquilidad 😊

Trincomalee is a divine place and we will visit again. But, will never stay at this place!
Pros:

If temple visit is the main aim, then the location of this villa seems a bit away and we found better options, in terms of cost, ambience and experience, closer to the temple upon visiting the place. Staff were warm but when they had to handle issues we encountered, we saw some long faces.

Cons:

The room charges at the time of booking was different from what they actually charged us as they used the dollar conversion whereas we froze the booking on INR. This was a bit disappointing. Preparation of lunch took a bit of a time. The taste was very very average. The room that was allotted to us initially had water seepage problem in the bathroom (flush water flowing back on to the floor... yew!). We asked for a change, they did not like it initially but when we insisted, they accommodated it. Had we known about the issues, we wouldn't have definitely stayed at this place.
