Pros:

Bed was comfortable. AC worked without any issues. Staff were professional. Cable tv worked without any issues.

Cons:

We paid for a room and the breakfast. The staff said us to place an order the night before so they can arrange it in the morning. We called and placed an order and said them to bring breakfast to our room at 9.00 a.m. But the food never came. We had to give them a call and remind to bring us food. We called them at 9.15 a.m and they brought food at 10.30 a.m. we were starving the whole time. Wouldn't recommend if you have a tight schedule the next day. The room was very small.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr sauber. Besonders das Bad und die Dusche waren wirklich ordentlich und nicht dreckig. Auch das Bett war sauber. Durch Klimaanlage und Ventilator war es angenehm kühl und überhaupt nicht warm. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Außerdem war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – wenn es ein Problem oder eine Frage gab, wurde uns direkt geholfen.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war leider sehr hellhörig. Am Ende des Aufenthalts war der Service nicht optimal, da wir sehr lange auf ein Taxi warten mussten und dadurch fast unseren Bus verpasst haben. Ansonsten gab es keine weiteren negativen Punkte.

16 nights stay was a disappointment
Pros:

Breakfast was not included location was good

Cons:

No lift have to climb stsirs. No phone to tge reception and the number to call from personal phone wS not ansered by staff. Rooms were not provided with basics ie no coffee, water and toilet tissue. Had to keep asking

Pros:

The hotel was located inside the city which made it convenient to travel across different tourist places. The breakfast offered by the property was also good.

Cons:

1. Breakfast options are limited.
2. We had booked a double deluxe room only to find that the room was extremely small and we had limited space to roam about or even keep the bags
3. There is no elevator inside the hotel which makes it challenging for people who have multiple baggages.
4. We were given a room with no phone connection. Each time we had to go downstairs to the reception for any assistance.

Brilliant stay at Viveka Hotel. Would recommend it to anyone and we would like to stay there again.
Pros:

Rooms were very comfortable and spacious and clean. The staff were very pleasant and Prageeth was very attentive.
