Loved everything about this hotel, the staff (especially the owner/manager) were so lovely, attentive, helpful, friendly and make sure you feel very comfortable.
The rooms are big, extremely clean, decorated nicely, with a fridge, big bathroom, wardrobe, comfy bed, seating in the room and on the big balcony.
You can also use the kitchen as you please and the hotel is in a great location

Centrally located, great pool, monkey visits in the garden, we really appreciated the personal connection with the manager, always responsive, available and friendly. And he gives good massages on the premises too (cheap!). We felt like staying at a friend’s.

We stayed here for one week and everything was perfect. Location is really good. Area is peaceful even it is really near by beach street where you can find everything you need. Nice villa with pool and shared kitchen. Owner and staff are also really friendly

By far the best accommodation we stayed at in Sri Lanka. Such good value for money, beautiful modern room with extremely comfy beds, modern interior, balcony and lots of space. Warm shower. Lovely pool. The breakfast was incredible and the staff were so attentive and gave us everything we needed, including drinks on arrival. Short walk from the Main Street

Its so close to galle road, 5.mins walk and another 5 to the beach.. What makes this place is the staff. They are amazing, so kind, attentive, and friendly. The manager is very helpful and kind and ladies who work in the day so sweet.nothing is too much trouble. I was give. A daily smoothie and 4pm laye checkout for free. The pool is great and you can feed the resident monkeys who come to visit each day. There is a fridge in the room, a large balcony,and a good AC. I asked for a kettle for me room which i was given too.There is a shared kitchen too, which makes things easy. You can have a sti lanka meal on site for $8, which was tasty.
There are only 8 rooms so feels homely, and all guests mingle and be friendly
Bring good ear plugs as the train can be heard into into the nignt as can outside noise.

Initially I booked this place only for 2 nights, then I extended it to 5 nights because it was such a nice, clean, well organized, peaceful place with great staff. Delicious & healthy breakfasts in the morning.

Good location very close to the beach but not at the main road, so very quiet. Rooms are very spacious and clean. There is a nice little pool to cool off and everyone is extremely nice. This was one of my favorite accommodations I stayed in during my whole Sri Lanka trip.

We absolutely loved this place. We booked in initially for 2 nights as a bit of a treat after a long time travelling and it felt like such a paradise we ended up staying for 5 days. The pool is so lovely and clean, there’s a well stocked kitchen you can use, AC and fan in each of the huge bedrooms. It’s all immaculate, well decorated and 5 mins from turtle beach. Though we only actually went to the beach to see the turtles and baby sharks not to actually swim since we loved the villa so much. The staff were so lovely and we would definitely come back.

We loved our stay at Jippie the Villa. Our room on the ground floor was clean, modern and spacious, with direct access to the beautiful pool. We stayed here after the busy season, and had the property almost to ourselves, which was an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, away from the main street so nice and quiet, but just a short walk along a path and over the railway tracks to restaurants, shops and a supermarket on the main road. Highly recommend

Habitación limpia y espaciosa. Bonita decoración. La piscina estaba muy bien. Lugar y personal muy agradable.

Personalet var meget søde og venlige. De var også rigtig hjælpsomme, da en gekko fik gemt sig i AC’en og de tilbød os et andet værelse.
