Poor hotel management and customer service care.
Pros:

The location could be easily accessible due to its close proximity to the main road.

Cons:

We stayed there for one day. We gave them a call before reaching the hotel to confirm our stay. The hotel seems ok from outside, although the rooms were not clean. We were initially given a room which was not cleaned after the previous customer’s stay. Towels and bedsheets were everywhere and we felt disgusted seeing them like that. We inquired as to why we were given a key of a room which was not cleaned at all. Then we were given another room and its toilet had the worst smell. Bidet shower’s pressure was intense that it spilled water everywhere. We were not satisfied with the hotel’s management and customer care service at all.
