Proche du centre de negombo et de la plage.

Cons:

Piscine très sale, mes filles ont fait une réaction allergique. Chambres très vieillottes et pas très propres. Le propriétaire nous a fait croire que l'hôtel était plein pour nous envoyer ailleurs, mais finalement il y avait plusieurs chambres de libres.
Les photos doivent dater de 10 ans. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne plus.

Nonostante tutto è il meno peggio
Pros:

La posizione e la piscina. La gentilezza del manager “dottore”. Il silenzio che è abbastanza raro a Negombo.

Cons:

Partiamo col dire che il check in è alle 14 io sono arrivata alle 14:30 e i 2 ragazzi stavano pranzando quindi non mi potevano aiutare a scaricare le valige né accogliere in nessun modo. Dopo 10 minuti quando avevano finito, sono arrivati per dirmi che la stanza non era pronta e che dovevo aspettare un ulteriore mezz’ora (che è diventata un’ora). Arrivata in camera scosto la tenda per vedere il panorama e trovo un paio di mutande da uomo e un altra cosa tipo t-shirt appesa alla maniglia della finestra. No comment. In bagno c’è muffa ovunque. Nessuno dei ragazzi che lavorano lì se non i manager parla inglese solo che il manager c’è poche ore al giorno e per la maggior parte del tempo o non c’è nessuno o non è fattibile comunicare.

Séjour au top
Pros:

L'accueil chaleureux et le sourire de toute l'équipe.
Nous avons été surclassés et avions une grande chambre avec balcon donnant sur la piscine qui est grande, ensoleillée et super bien entretenue. Toute l'équipe est au petit soin pour nous. Le petit déjeuner est super. Le premier matin nous avons eu pain beurre confiture fruits et une très bonne soupe qui nous a fait découvrir les saveurs d'ici et je dois dire que tous les matins nous avions un petit déjeuner local, copieux et jamais pareil préparé par le patron qui était heureux de nous faire découvrir les principales herbes aromatiques qu'il cultive. L'hôtel est retiré de la rue principales donc au calme.
Vraiment nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.
Nous avions besoin de vis pour tenir notre appareil photo lors de vue sous marine et bien ils se sont débrouillés pour que l'on puisse les avoir. Vraiment un grand merci

Que la carte bancaire ne soit pas acceptée mais c'est un détail car le DAB n'est pas loin

De locatie en het zwembad zijn prima

We moesten een uur wachten voor we konden inchecken en werden aan het lijntje gehouden. ‘S avonds kwam het personeel luidruchtig thuis terwijl het hotel gehorig was. Het personeel was wel aardig, maar onduidelijk in de communicatie

Pros:

This hotel is the perfect oasis in the heart of busy negombo. Loved the garden and the location to town / beach. Everything was wonderful and the staff were very attentive. nothing was too difficult. Quiet amenities also which was perfect.

Amazing staff - really made us feel welcome! Everything was possible here - the service was absolutely in top! Had the best freshly cooked meal er I’ve had in all 3 weeks I was in Sri Lanka! Would recommend everyone
