Panoramic Royal Villa

Great view! Really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the hotel looking out to lion rock was great! We liked how it was off the main street in Sigirya so was nice and quiet and a nice place to relax. Close to a nice lake where we enjoyed a run away from all the traffic. Friendly hosts who made us a freshly cooked breakfast every morning and were available to answer any questions we had.

Perfect location at the end of a road with paddy fields and beautiful views of Sigirya Rock. A short walk to the main road although you need to be cautious to walk at night because of elephants in the area. Very spacious room and delicious breakfast served every morning with different options. The family running the establishment is very friendly and always ready to help. They will also assist you with organising transport, safari and local excursions.

Wspaniałe miejsce do zwiedzania okolicy Ella.nie jest w centrum jazgotliwego miasta.
Przemiły i bardzo pomocny w kazdej kwestii właściciel, który pomógł ogarnąć przemieszczanie się po okolicy, autobus etc.
Przepyszne i bardzo duże śniadanie. Piękny widok.

So far, this was the best homestay we stayed in Sri Lanka, everything was perfect, super clean, the room smelled amazing, the breakfast was 10 out of 10 and the hosts was a lovely family that took care of us. The views are wonderful and the serenity of the place will be something that I will miss forever.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Das Frühstück war sehr authentisch und liebevoll zubereitet. Unser Host hat uns alles organisiert, vom Tuk Tuk für die Wanderung bis hin zu einer grossartigen Elefantensafari.

Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Von einem Teil der Terrasse hat man einen direkten Blick auf den Lions Rock, was einfach beeindruckend ist. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig, da die Unterkunft am Ende einer ruhigen Strasse liegt.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top.

Gastvrijheid, attent, hulpvaardigheid bij regelen van leuke uitjes, uitzicht, de rust, super lekker en afwisselend ontbijt, mooi ingerichte kamer, en een mooie veranda, mooie schone douche. Op loopafstand van restaurantjes.

Personnel très gentil et disponible pour nous organiser les activités de notre choix : safari, visite de Polonnaruva, Dambulla avec visite du temple et du marché économique, safari, lever de soleil au Lion’s Rock et au rocher d’à côté.
Petit déjeuner incroyable avec découverte de plats locaux.
Chambre très propre.
10/10 pour cet accueil !

Tout était absolument parfait dans cette guest housse. La famille accueillante est toujours prête à aider pour quoi que ce soit. J'ai fait un super safari et plusieurs balades en tuk tuk avec eux et pour un bon prix. La chambre était très propre et avec une clim, eau chaude. Que demander de plus ? 😍🙏🏻☀️✨

Location and kindness of the staff

Perfect place to watch from your porch an amazing view during the sunset or a short walk to see it from the nearby lake. The room was very confortable with all the essentials in the bathroom . Very kind and serviable family that helps for everything. The restaurants are in walking distance.
