Beautiful Hotel with a very special design located in the middle of a coconut tree oasis and 5 minutes walk from Kabalana beach.
The rooms are cozy beautiful and bed very comfortable. Loved the outdoor shower.
Everything is nicely curated in details and this is what really makes the difference.
I could not think to go out to eat because food at Casa Tikiri was so far the best food I have eaten within my 3 weeks in Srilanka.
The Italian chef Maurizio is very talented ( you must try his Paccheri and the pumpkin dish )
Breakfast was also wonderful, best scramble eggs and smoothie bowl.
The owners are very friendly and they are doing a great job to keep this place running maintaining a high quality, the staff is really nice.
Once you eat here you set your expectations very high so when you will go to eat in other places you will miss the food from casa Tikiri :D.

A truly tranquil beautiful hideaway, yet close to the wonderful beach at Kabalana.
This incredibly chic and stylish hotel blew our minds.
Alice and Stefano run a brilliant team and were available to help when our flights were cancelled and we needed to stay longer.
The breakfasts were delightful and the restaurant excellent, brilliantly curated menu and great cocktails.
If you’re looking for an indulgent relaxed retreat this is the place.
Small thing but I like a fridge in the rooms, to keep drinks in.
It’s the most aesthetically pleasing hotel I’ve ever stayed at, every detail feels thought out, the staff could not be more helpful and overall this is my favourite place I’ve ever stayed. The colour schemes are on point and beautiful, the outside shower is so cool. I couldn’t get enough of this place, and we did yoga every morning at the other property with all 3 sessions being so different and all some of the best sessions I’ve ever had.
This place will calm your entire body & soul and leave you feeling refreshed & renewed.

Un soggiorno stupendo. Come chiudere la vacanza nel migliore dei modi. A casa tikiri non puoi far altro che rilassarti. Nessuna distrazione, nessun rumore. Drinks ottimo. I ragazzi sono tutti splendidi.

Amazingly beautiful place
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the food was excellent. The setting is lovely and clearly well maintained.
Unfortunately, the overall service and communication were not smooth at all, especially considering the price. When we arrived to check in after leaving our luggage earlier, the staff seemed confused and repeatedly asked for our room number, which we obviously did not have yet. This set the tone for the stay.
Throughout our visit, most interactions felt difficult and awkward, with frequent misunderstandings. Even very simple requests did not feel natural: for example, asking for a tea during dinner felt as if we were requesting something unusual or complicated.
The service was very minimal and not proactive. Basic things, such as offering water or assistance, were never anticipated.
Although the owners were present, they never came to greet us, which felt disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
At check-out, no one offered to help with our luggage despite the heat, and once again the interaction felt unnecessarily confusing.
A beautiful hotel with great food, but a lack of fluidity and hospitality that clearly impacted the experience.
Amazing location, stunningly decorated and the pool area is so relaxing. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.
Would’ve preferred to have some more local delicacies on the menu as the Sri Lankan breakfast was amazing but that was it!
