Poor
Pros:

The atmospheric place is hidden in front of the mangro jungle forest and lake.
The host is friendly and ready to support you by phone.
We were provided early arrival room 6 hours before with no additional charge.

Cons:

The communication with personal is complicated.
The host lives outside the Villa in Colombo, the communication is available by phone or Whatsapp with unpredictable delays.
Nobody of hosts' relatives who are managing the villa can't understand you as they don't speak English.
The apartments' kitchen appliances are old and non working: freezer isn't freezing, the washing machines spoil the clothes. All the old appliances are interchanging between the apartments, but not to the new ones.
The Wi-Fi connection has constant constraints and stops, so you'd better to back up the Internet with the local sim card.
The swimming pool has the sharp angles on top of all edges, so you have to be careful not no cut your hand and legs as I did on the first day, then we used only stairs to go in and out the pool.
