Ok hotel which has been badly maintained for too long

Bedbugs, very dim lighting, very poor sound insulation (and many noisy music venues nearby), expensive for what you get. Feels like a hotel that was once very nice but has been poorly maintained for too long.

Super LOUD bar infront untill 3am every day
Pros:

Nice place and location. As an hotel and for this price, is good.

Cons:

There is two bars in front with crazy loud bass music with literally 2 drunk people every single night doing LOUD nasty karakoke until 3am, so sadly is imposible to sleep and for sure is the reason of why the people is not going to this hotel anymore.

Very happy with the accommodation
Pros:

The service was lovely, great breakfast and a nice cool room.

I was pleasantly surprised by how little mosquitoes there were in the room. Would stay here again as it was great value for money.
