Un lloc fantàstic des d'on explorar la zona i fer el Safari de Yala.
Pros:

Ha estat una estada fantàstica. Hem pogut gaudir de la zona perfectament des del Lavender Home, vam organitzar amb ells el Yala Safari i va ser tot molt puntual i ens van preparar un esmorzar ben bo per prendre al parc. També vam gaudir d'una estada tranquila a l'habitació que té un balcó comunitari amb vistes cap a un camp i des d'on un es pot relaxar a la tumbona. L'atenció va ser boníssima en tot moment, recomanem molt l'estada aquí per poder gaudir de la zona! Com estàvem dos dies, vam poder organitzar també amb ells per rentar la roba i ens va anar fantàstic!

Ruhiger, familiärer Ort mit fantastischem Essen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, friedlichen Umgebung. Der perfekte Ort vor einer Yala-Safari, welche wir über das Hotel gebucht haben. Das Essen war absolut fantastisch. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen.

Absolutely excellent.
Pros:

Absolute beautiful property in a stunning location. The lady cooked for us on our first night and it was delicious. Excellent room, beautiful views, very quiet for a great nights sleep before a trip to Yala.

Cons:

Nothing but you would need a driver to take you and pick you up as it’s a little off the beaten track.

The host was really friendly and helpful, she helped us book our safari which we loved! She also packed us a takeaway breakfast of some bread, egg, and fruits.
The location was really good for doing the safari, just a short ~25-30 minute drive to the national park. It's a little bit out of the main town of Tissamaharama (about a 25 min walk or short tuk tuk). The owner helped us arrange a tuk tuk to go into Tissamaharama, which was great.

Cons:

The room was adequate for one night but quite basic - there was a fridge in the room but it wasn't working or not plugged in anywhere (and there was nowhere obvious to plug it in). The air conditioning took a little while to cool the room down when it had been off for a while, but once it got going it was effective. The toilet didn't flush very well.

An amazing stay at Lavender Home Yala Safari! The environment was very comfortable, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. They arranged a great Yala Safari tour for me, which went very smoothly. Bonus points for the food—both lunch and dinner were delicious! Highly recommended if you are visiting Tissa.

Location surrounded by paddy fields. Good AC nice balcony facing fields. Nicely landscaped grounds. Cup of tea on arrival. Comfy beds.

Perfect homestay for your Yala safari.
Pros:

Beautiful homestay that has an unobstructed view of the paddy fields and sunrise. Rooms are clean, spacious with all the basic amenities. Milanshi the host welcomed us with a big smile. She was helpful, very hospitable and made us dinner too. Definitely coming back to stay here longer.

Pros:

Very nice property with balcony looking over the rice fields. Located 15 minute walk from tissamaharama town centre. Very well presented property and gardens nicely lit at night. The owner was amazing. Very kind woman and went out of her way to make the stay exceptional. Provided taxi/tuk tuk services as required, helped book an excellent safari and provided delicious home cooked meals for a good price.
