Needed a quiet place as a short stop over. Wonderful stay to walk and relax by the pool.
Pros:

Staff were excellent, restaurant made an extra effort with food allergies, helped with airport transfers and organizing tours. Location is amazing for kite surfing.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the roof didn’t leak. That’s about all

Cons:

This could be a very long list. When you book a resort at the beach with good reviews, you expect some luxury, a nice room, those kind of things. No, not here. Here are just a few things:

The twin bed is 140cm, making it very small for two adults.
There is no blanket, only a sheet. Why?
Shower isn’t hot, just mid warm
The airco is noisy and blows straight on the bed. So you are way to hot, or way to cold. No in between
The pool falls apart and I cut my foot on the sharp tiles. You can play a game by collecting as many lose tiles as you can in one go, there are enough on the flour.

I can go on, but just go somewhere else. Not a nice place

Pros:

The staff from reception Kumari and the kitchen Pradeep and their teams were very helpful to make our stay pleasant. The place is very serene and unique at a destination which you cannot imagine. Food was very delicious.

Cons:

There are a few small things which needs to be put into attention. Ei- The cupboards needs to be upgraded , doors could be made of solid wood instead of steel powder quoted doors. Safe locker was'nt working.

The staff was super friendly! The food was very good and the staff at the restaurant were really friendly.

Cons:

I feel the interior has seen better days. For the price I would expect a bit more modern furniture and tapware. The tub also has seen better days. The room actually is also missing decorations making it more homely. The completely open bathroom also meant animals in the bathroom such as frogs (can be quite scary at night).

Pros:

Blue Lagoon Kalpitiya is the ultimate escape for peace and relaxation. The villas are beautifully set up, blending comfort with nature, and the food is fresh and tasty. Staff was attentive and friendly. Loved every moment of the serene atmosphere—truly a hidden gem.

Nous ne pouvons pas évaluer la qualité de l'hôtel au vu du fait que nous étions au début du cyclone qui a frappé le Sri Lanka, cependant le personnel a été très attentionné et au petit soin avec nous durant cette période compliquée.

Overall beautifully designed resort! Perfect if you like the calm and beautiful view.
Pros:

Great location, lagoon facing. You can park your vehicle right outside your room. What a great idea, easy for family and less abled people. Few activities to do which is really important.

Cons:

For western break fast it’s toast jam and butter, hot dogs and fruits. The whole country needs to fix up on this issue! Different countries have their preferences but the ingredients should be available! BACON! Hot dogs are not sausages.
