We voelden ons enorm welkom. En de kamers waren prachtig. We komen er graag weer eens terug
Pros:

De accommodatie, het was prachtig. Moderne badkamer. Wc zat niet letterlijk bij de douche. En erg schoon. Met een prachtige tuin waar veel bomen, struiken en bloemen stonden. Lief personeel. Hij sprak zelfs een beetje Nederlands. Werden ontvangen met een heerlijk drankje.

Emplacement sécurisé pour notre voiture de location.
Lieu idéal pour rejoindre le bord de plage à pied
Chambre familiale spacieuse avec draps tout doux, confortables . Frigo pratique.
Accueil très sympa d'une jolie famille.
Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux juste comme il faut.
Piscine jolie et tellement agréable par cette chaleur.
Je reviendrai facilement.
A noter: petit resto plus loin avec rotti sucrés... Un régal !

Cons:

Eau de la piscine pique un peu, peut-être lié à un excès de traitement. Nous ne l'avons pas signalé.

Pros:

The pool area is lovely. The breakfast is so good. The room is a good size with comfy bed and mosquito net. And the main thing is the hosts are so friendly!

Pros:

Zimmer sind groß u sauber. Pool ist mit liegen auch schön. Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Küchenfrauen und der Poolboy waren sehr nett und bemüht.

Cons:

Es zog eine Nacht Rauch in die Zimmer, weil der Nachbar etwas verbrannte. Man konnte die Lüftung nicht schließen. Es gab dann ein neues Zimmer.
Da hätte und der Chef mal helfen können mit dem kompletten Umzug in der Nacht.
Und ich hatte sehr stark den Eindruck, das er verhindern möchte, das ein Taxi uns abholt um selbst die Fahrt für mehr Geld durchzuführen.

A perfect, friendly and cosy hotel.
Rooms are ifragrrant and mmaculately clean as is the linen.
There is a peaceful, calm and relaxed atmosphere within this small hotel, and an excellentt pool and delicious and plentiful breakfast.
The Owner and his team are lovely, friendly and so helpful.
We had a fantastic time here and would highly recommend it!!

Pros:

Nous avons eu un super accueil très chaleureux et avec le sourire avec thé ou café à l’arrivé. MR.Sahan est vraiment d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. La famille de MR.Sahan est aussi gentille que lui. Nous avions réservé 2 jours et nous sommes restés 2 jours supplémentaires. C’est de loin le meilleur hôtel que nous avons fait sur 3 semaines au Sri Lanka. La chambre était propre. Le mini frigo et la climatisation un vrai +. Thés et cafés à disposition.
La piscine est super propre et avec parasol. Possibilité de se baigner jusqu’à 20h.
Les petits dej sont copieux : nous nous sommes régalés.

La localisation est juste parfaite et loin du bruit :
5min à pied de la rue principale avec tous les restaurants, boutiques souvenirs etc
10min à pied de la plage,
10min en Tuktuk de Weligama : parfait pour surfer.
Au bout de la rue, un super restau de Roti,
À 2min une cantine Sri Lankaise avec de très bons plats à bons prix ; aussi une petite boutique de vêtements très sympas.

Également, plusieurs Tuktuk présents au bout de la rue si vous cherchez à vous déplacer (pas de pickme à Mirissa)

Pros:

Blue Whale ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel mit einer sehr schönen, einladenden Atmosphäre und eine zentrale, teils ruhige Lage. Sahaan, der Sohn und Manager, ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht mehrere Sprachen.
Zimmer: Saubere, helle Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz. Zuverlässige Reinigung und bequeme Balkone.
Der Poolbereich ist schön gestaltet, morgens und abends der Duft von Räucherstäbchen. Wird jeden Tag gereinigt und gegen Moskitos geschützt und es gibt ausreichend bequeme Liegen und Handtücher.
Ein üppiges Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen, frischen Früchten, Joghurt und immer was neues dazu jeden Tag – Sri Lankische Hoppers, Pfannkuchen oder Süßigkeiten. Serviert von freundlichem Personal .
Tolle Lage mit guter Anbindung zu Freizeit- und Ausflugszielen, Strand und Restaurants in der Nähe und bequem erreichbar zu Fuß.
Preis-Leistung: Sehr gutes Verhältnis; gute Optionen für längeren Aufenthalt.
Fazit: Wir würden wiederkommen.

Friendly owners & good value
Pros:

Our room was small but clean. Location was good, easy walk to Main Street and lots of good restaurants close by. Breakfast was great. Pool was clean and had comfortable sun beds. Staff were kind and friendly.

War eine sehr tolle Unterkunft, in super Lage! Es war immer alles sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Badezimmertüre ist komplett aus Glas, die Toilette befindet sich direkt in Sichtweite.
