Fantastic stop before a flight

The place is lovely. The owner is brilliant. So welcoming with a beer, water, a home cooked dinner and lovely room! Great place to watch the cricket too!

Fint sted til en enkelt overnatning inden eller efter lufthavnen.
Pros:

Vi blev godt modtaget af den søde ejer, der stod klar med kolde øl og vand. Han tilberedte et godt og billigt aftensmåltid til os. Som et lufthavnshotel til en enkelt overnatning, er det rigtig fint. Virkelig høj 'value for money'.

Cons:

Så længe man anser det for et sted, man bare skal sove en enkelt nat, har jeg ingen kritikpunkter.

Kind staff, perfect transit hotel

Perfect stay!
Staff were so kind, picking me up from the airport in the early hours with very clear communication on the day
They also provided late breakfast even when I overslept and arranged a transfer to my next place
All very appreciated as a solo female traveller!

Pros:

The host is such a kind man and really welcoming when we first arrived in Sri Lanka. We were picked up from the airport in the early hours, offered water, beer and bananas when we arrived at the hotel. Checkout was flexible and the host helped us with taxis too. The breakfast was very, very good. Gave us water for our journey too and didn't expect anything in return. Would definitely recommend this place.

Kind & hospitable hosts that go the extra mile.
Pros:

Terrin & his family made us very welcome & greeted us with warm hospitality, a big smile & a cold beer after our journey. What a lovely welcome. We loved the little chalet, which was comfortable, clean & cool. Had a hot shower & a comfortable sleep. We had a simple but delicious meal of fried rice & fresh fruit. Terrin is the most kind & gracious host. Very flexible over times of drop off & pick up. Free breakfast & airport transfers to the Airport in the morning. Absolutely fantastic & met our needs perfectly. Thank you so much.
