We had a wonderful stay. The staff are all extremely helpful, especially Shakila, her smile lit up reception every day.
There was a very good choice of food each day, my only criticism about the food would be it wasn't very hot (spicy yes but hot no). If you are looking for a hotel to use as a base, this is a good affordable one. If you are looking for a luxury stay then I would chose another location but all in all this was perfect for what we wanted.

Excellent hotel and staff everybody is friendly and does their best
Pros:

Excellent staff and very clean and comfortable.
Good facilities and a variety to choose from in the restaurants

Cons:

Not a great location tourist wise and the beach is not what I expected. There was an oil spill a few years ago and the beach has not recovered

Relaxing.
Pros:

Food was as good as most all inclusive. Limited selection for kids who don’t like spice. But there is pasta.

The staff were (all but one) amazing. My kids loved them. However. And this seems to be a problem in lots of countries. Please please please stop touching kids.

Cons:

It was very noisy. I don’t think this hotel was set up for kids. Music went on till midnight. It was very loud! Luckily me and the kids can sleep through anything. The husband less so!

I was also shouted at the first day we were there. Something about cake. Not sure if it was/wasn’t included in all inclusive but meant I didn’t go for the ‘snack’ again as I found it really offensive how I was spoken to.
