Pros:

The location was superb as it was beachfront and the staff and facilities were also good. Buffet was also fine but have room to improve. Overall it was a great relaxing hotel which we can enjoy a lot

a really nice stay
Pros:

the location was pretty nice, atmosphere of it all was amazing, and the food was pretty good.

Cons:

i’d prefer if the staff was a bit more nicer. however, most of them were welcoming.

Brilliant Spot, clean rooms, amazing views

Cons:

Breakfast lacked western variety and the dinner options weren’t as good as we had experienced locally.

Staff seemed untrained and unmotivated across the board

Friendly Staff, Nice Pool, Nice View also good breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Bed is ok but pillows are little bit floppy so when I was sleepy its little bit tuff for me. also dinner buffet had little verities so on my stay its not value for money.

Overall, a good stay with great facilities, but the room condition and cleanliness need improvement.
Pros:

The pool area was excellent, the food had a good variety and quality, and the entertainment kept the stay enjoyable. The location is also very convenient and relaxing.

Cons:

We selected a cabana room, but it felt quite old-fashioned and not up to modern standards. The balcony was not properly cleaned, and there was bird droppings when we arrived. Also, towels were not readily available in the room and had to be requested, which was inconvenient.
