Amazing little place, a little away from Ella town. A little down the hill with an amazing view of the rainforest, you get greeted by the little monkeys in the neighbouring trees as you enjoy your breakfast on the spacious balcony in front of your room.

Our stay was made even more pleasant just because of how friendly and helpful the family running the place were. Especially the son was more than willing to help us out with anything, taking us to the local tea factory and even baby sitting our sleeping toddler while we took the tour.

It was in a beautiful location near many hikes and good restaurants

The hosts were extremely hospitable and helpful, and having a TukTuk on hand made getting around very easy. The location was peaceful and away from the busy tourist areas, and the morning breakfast was really good.

Mieliśmy ogromną przyjemność zatrzymać się w tym uroczym hotelu położonym na wzgórzu. Lokalizacja zachwyca pięknymi widokami i spokojną atmosferą, idealną do odpoczynku. Pokoje były komfortowe i zadbane, a całość emanowała wyjątkowym klimatem. Szczególne podziękowania należą się gospodarzowi – niezwykle serdecznemu i gościnnemu, który od pierwszej chwili sprawił, że poczuliśmy się jak u siebie.

De eigenaar van het appartement heeft ook een tuktuk en brengt je voor zeer schappelijke prijzen overal waar je wilt. Zijn zoon spreekt goed Engels en is erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt wordt afgestemd op wat je wel en niet eet. Mooi uitzicht vanaf balkon waar je ontbijt. Geen airco maar niet gemist. Is minder warm daar.

It was out of the main drag which made it peaceful and we had monkeys come to visit us. I would recommend going on a tour in their tuk tuk. They picked us up from our accommodation near Yala and also we could call them to drop us off and pick us up from town. Their prices for the extra services was very reasonable. Would recommend it to everyone

Really nice rooms, lovely family that run it. Great breakfast. One of our most comfortable stays in sri lanka. Up the hill so away from the busy centre Good hot water.. Can watch monkeys and squirrels from the balcony.

The hotel is located in the mountains, its very nice and quiet here. From the balcony you can see monkeys in the trees while having breakfast. The host is super accommodating and he helped us so well with everything, from renting a bike to finding us a new place to stay when the hotel was fully booked and we wanted to extend. Would for sure recommend!

Pěkné, velké a pohodlné pokoje s terasou, na kterých si vychutnáte skvělou snídani. Hostitelé jsou velmi milí a přátelští, obzvlášt pak jejich syn Tharuksha, který byl velmi nápomocný a pokaždé k dispozici přes WhatsApp. Ve svém volném čase s námi zašel na místní policejní stanici poté, co nám někdo ukradl peníze ve vlaku; několikrát nás svezl svým tuktukem do města, dovezl pivo či nabídl rady, co prozkoumat v okolí. Zajistili nám také dopravu do naší další destinace. Ještě jednou děkujeme!

This place is amazing! The hosts are so lovely and welcoming. Everything is clean and quiet. The beds are perfect and clean .. The location is nice because you can escape from the crowd of Ella and from there you can also walk to the waterfall. We walked to the center, but you can also take a tuktuk.

Tharushka was great with helping with tuk tuk & transport, breakfast was delicious. Nice quiet place to stay away from the crowds & noise, monkeys in the forest in front of the rooms.
