Ожидания не оправдались, еще раз сюда не приехали бы
Pros:

Из плюсов красивая большая территория, хоть отель находится на горе, но ощущение жизни в джунглях, вот это понравилось.
Заселили раньше на час, что тоже стало плюсом.

Cons:

Было несколько минусов, которые испортили впечатление о пребывании.
- при заезде нам не дали сдачу (50$), пришлось напомнить администратору об этом повторно, чтобы получить деньги.
- за 3 ночи в отеле ни разу не было уборки, хотя при заезде нам сказали что убираются раз в 2 дня.
- нет горячей воды в душе, душ находится на улице и когда идет дождь - приходится купаться в холодной воде под дождем, не предусмотрен навес.
- на завтрак нам предлагали только яйца, и когда мы случайно услышали, что другим гостям делают панкейки - были удивлены, т.к. нам их даже не предложили. Сам завтрак скудный, нет ни овощей ни фруктов, только яйца, картошка, грибы и тостеры, ну и напитки.

Avskiljt och mysigt hotell
Pros:

Det ligger lite avskilt, vilket vi gillar. Mindre hotell så mer plats vid poolen, ofta var vi helt själva. Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra mat och frukost. Ta även en sväng nere i backen hos familjen som bor där, frun har hemgjorda kryddor och mannen kör tuktuk till bra priser.

Cons:

Det var trist att på de två dagarna vi var där så hade de helt slut på läsk, så barnen fick dricka vatten. De hade fruktjuice, men det gick inte hem hos mina barn. En simpel grej, men det gjorde att vi valde att äta på en annan restaurang den andra kvällen.

Pros:

We were there 3 nights.
Everything was perfect. The restaurant was good, the team did everything to make us feel good. Beautiful and big room, the bed was very comfortable and it felt like we were in a jungle. We saw monkeys in front of the porch. You can easily order a tuk tuk and its nice to walk in the area.
Very recommended!

Pros:

Rauhallinen paikka ja huoneemme oli aivan ihana ulkoilma kylpyhuoneella, allas alue oli kiva ja sielläkin sai olla rauhassa. Lähellä oleva ranta oli kiva eikä täynnä turisteja.

Joskus joutui odottamaan asioita kuten aamupalaa hieman pidempään, mutta ei se lomalla haitannut

Прекрасное место, свежий воздух
Pros:

Отличное расположение объекта с красивыми видами на горе. Бассейн. Отзывчивый и услужливый персонал.

Cons:

Мелкие бытовые проблемы. Текла раковина, не работал кондиционер. Сломался дверной замок. Персона реагировал моментально и проблемы устранялись в тот же день!

Schönes ausbaufähiges Hotel
Pros:

Schöne Aussicht, großes Zimmer/Bad/Balkon.

Cons:

Wir waren insgesamt mit dem Service / der Kommunikation nicht ganz zufrieden.
Erst auf Nachfrage erhielten wir am 2.Tag die Info wie es mit dem Frühstück funktioniert & welche Optionen es gibt. Davor wurde uns einfach etwas auf den Tisch gestellt.
Trotz Vorbestellung mussten wir sehr lange auf das Frühstück warten - und auch hier nochmals nachbestellen, weil falsch umgesetzt.
Daneben sah die Klobrille in unserem Zimmer wirklich ekelhaft aus. Ein Mülleimer mit Deckel wäre auch im Bad vorteilhafter - hier waren stets Geckos.

Toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Schöne und ruhige Lage auf dem Hügel. Mit dem Tuktuk ist man ganz schnell überall. Unbedingt Pickme App benutzen, sonst wird man mit Garantie abgezockt. Der Pool ist eine Oase. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alles. Nimesh der Manager hat alles im Griff und spricht perfekt Englisch. Thilak der Koch kümmert sich um das gute Frühstück und Essen generell. Die Zimmer sind gross und solide gebaut, es hat alles was man braucht. Alles ist generell gepflegt und wird für die lokalen Verhältnisse top in Schuss gehalten.

Cons:

WC Deckel könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Frühstück kam am 1. Tag sehr langsam und ohne Anleitung wie/was man wählen kann. Ab dem 2. Tag hats dann tiptop geklappt.
