Personnel très aimable et à l écoute. Très bon emplacement avec une superbe vue sur l ocean depuis la terrasse de la chambre.
Un grand compliment pour Amin le maître nageur. Il est très professionnel, réactif et très serviable.

Cons:

Ce que je n ai pas apprécié,c est les placard de rangement qui sentent le renfermé et humidité.
On a dû laisser nos vêtements dans les valises.

Awesome place to come with family, to relax, good service, nice swimming pool, friendly staff.
Pros:

The location of Hotel is the secured and beautiful zone of Casablanca. Housekeeping was super polite and friendly. Especially Amina was kind. Breakfast is good, solid 7/10. Can be better but good for itself. It was comfortable to change money directly on reception. Reception was also kind and helpful for all our stay.

Cons:

The only thing that i did not like that there is a gap managing sun-beds. People were putting towels on sun-beds from 9:00 am, and were not presenting until 12:00 am. At the end we found all places occupied with almost no one in pool.

The pool area was excellent. The staff member responsible for overseeing and maintaining the pool area was exceptionally attentive and helpful. He immediately arranged sun loungers and towels for us and even helped inflate the children's pool floats. His proactive and friendly attitude added real value to our stay and made a noticeable difference to our overall experience.

The restaurant was also of outstanding quality. The food was excellent throughout our stay, including the breakfast, which offered a great variety and was of consistently high standard. Together with the excellent service, this made dining at the resort one of the highlights of our holiday.

Cons:

Our bedroom was located on the roadside, and unfortunately the noise level at night was quite high due to passing traffic and frequent car horns. This was made worse by the balcony door, which could not be closed properly because it appeared to have been installed incorrectly.

In addition, the air conditioning was extremely noisy, to the point that we had to switch it off during the night. We have rarely experienced an air conditioning unit that was this loud.

Another point for improvement is the sleeping arrangement for families. Two people had to sleep on the sofa, which was not a proper sofa bed and therefore quite uncomfortable. Given the size of the living area, there appears to be sufficient space to add a bunk bed, which would greatly improve comfort for families.

The apartment itself was very spacious, which we appreciated. However, if we had been staying longer, we would likely have requested a different room due to the excessive noise from both the air conditioning and the road traffic.

The nearby beach is fine for spending a short amount of time and enjoying the view. Unfortunately, there was a significant amount of litter on the beach and in the surrounding area, which detracted from the overall experience. We noticed a lack of waste bins, but littering is an ongoing challenge in Marocco because people don't care. It was disappointing to see such a beautiful natural environment affected in this way.

Pros:

J'adore la piscine de l'hôtel, que je fréquente chaque année. Cependant, j'ai rencontré un problème avec la restauration cette fois-ci. J'ai demandé à boire à un serveur qui m'a répondu que le service était terminé, alors qu'il se termine normalement à 1h30. J'ai dû aller chercher à boire dans ma chambre. Lorsque je suis redescendu à 1h, j'ai constaté que le chef de salle, Monsieur Saïd, servait les clients européens tout en m'affirmant le contraire. Je trouve ce comportement inacceptable et discriminatoire. En tant que client régulier de l'hôtel, je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié cette différence de traitement. J'espère que cela ne se reproduira pas lors de mes prochains séjours
