Gostei principalmente do staff em geral ligado ao F&B, o pequeno almoço em si muito bom, com uma boa variedade e apresentação.
Na recepção, staff bagageiros e homens recepcionistas como seguranças bastante simpáticos, as senhoras recepcionistas não tanto como os homens.

Cons:

Não gostei de ter sido aconselhado pela recepção do hotel a ter o serviço no SPA TRUMAN'S, e passo a explicar abaixo;
Na primeira vez que marcamos o serviço por questões de saúde da minha parceira tivemos que cancelar, e o cancelamento foi feito com uma antecedência de 3h, ainda perguntei se existia algum inconveniente sobre o referido cancelamento e se poderia remarcar para o proximo dia, e assim foi, e que não haveria nenhum problema.
No dia seguinte a recepcionista exigiu o pagamento antecipado de 900 DH para 2 massagens que foram marcadas para 18h, e paguei ao balcão quando escolhi o serviçoi. Quando cheguei ao SPA Truman's me informaram que teria de ser uma massagem de cada vez, disse-lhes que não fazia sentido porque tinha marcado 2 pessoas para as 18h e deveriam informar os clientes quando vendem o serviço em si do que fazem ou não, ou seja, para ser atendido teria que esperar 1 hora, disse que não podia ficar cerca de 2 horas no SPA devido a compromissos, pois se marquei 2 massagens das 18h às 19h deveria ser assim e não começar a minha massagem pelas 19h para terminar às 20h.
Perante este contra não fiz a massagem e solicitei o reembolsado de 450 DH no SPA, neste disseram me para tratar com o hotel porque tinha pago lá, quando cheguei ao hotel disseram para ver com a recepcionista que tratou do assunto logo de manhã, isto para o dia seguinte. No referido dia pós 24h a recepcionista literalmente disse me que tinham ido buscar o dinheiro no dia anterior e não podia fazer nada, eu disse-lhe que não fazia sentido, de imediato ligou para o SPA e falou em Árabe, obviamente não percebi, e de seguida passou me o telemóvel para falar com um sub gerente do SPA que achei pouco elegante da parte dela.

The hotel did not fully match the advertising photos, and the staff could be more friendly.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, the only issue I experienced was that it took quite a long time for the staff to respond to and address my request regarding the air conditioning. Aside from that, my stay was pleasant, and I appreciated the overall quality of the room and facilities.

Cons:

While the room itself was comfortable, I was somewhat disappointed with the customer service. The two front desk staff members I interacted with were not particularly friendly or welcoming when I approached them with my requests. A warm and accommodating attitude would have made a significant difference in the overall guest experience.

Additionally, I was traveling with four large pieces of luggage, and one staff member asked whether I needed assistance carrying them. Given the amount of luggage I had, it was quite obvious that some assistance would have been appreciated. A more proactive approach in helping guests with their luggage would greatly enhance the level of service provided.

I hope this feedback will help improve the guest experience for future visitors.
