Pros:

The bedrooms were fantastic, clean and comfortable, ideal to retire too after a busy day visiting the sites of casablanca. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were in general incredibly helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There was one small issue that still bothers me after a weeks reflection. I went to the desk one morning enquiring after feminine hygiene products for my partner. The gentlemen on the desk was unable to help and clearly found the conversation difficult- but his answers were quite dismissive and off - eventually suggesting I travel 15 minutes by cat to the old medina. I know morocco is a religious and modest country and I have a deep respect for their culture, however I was able to get pointed in the right direction by other Moroccans in my stay, served by Moroccans to get the pads (5 min walk away) and then later in my trip at a different hotel again get helped getting some more pads. This was a strange break in what otherwise was excellent customer service throughout.

The hotel itself is good, but if any small issue or misunderstanding arises, the staff can become quite rude and impolit
Pros:

The location is good. The room was clean, and good breakfast.

Cons:

The reception staff, especially those women on the morning shift, were noticeably rude and unprofessional.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück.
Schöner kleiner Pool, Zimmer waren sehr sauber.
Wir haben mehrmals im Hotel zu Mittag oder Abend gegessen, hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Pros:

The hotel was great, the breakfast is delicious and there were a big variety of food, nice terrace to stay in the evening, the room is spacious and clean, the location is great, right near the ocean and the beach. The surf school is nearby.

Cons:

Nothing. The swimming pool was cold, I suppose in summer it is amazing))

Komfortables Traditionshotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage, direkt am Meer, zwischen Moschee HassanII und Morocco Mall, ist günstig. Die Angebote ( gehobenes Restaurant, Bar, Poolbar, Terrasse, Schwimmbad, Parkplatz) entsprechen einem sehr gutem Stadthotel. Unser Zimmer war groß (28qm), die Ausstattung komfortabel und geschmackvoll traditionell. Obstkorb, Gebäck und Wasserkocher vervollständigten den guten Eindruck. Das Buffetfrühstück war vielseitig.

Cons:

Im Zimmer und teilweise auf den Fluren empfand ich den Raumduft (Putzmittel) als unangenehm. Zum Frühstück gab es nur Automatenkaffee, während der Kaffee auf der Terrasse tagsüber sehr gut war.

De medewerkers waren heel vriendelijk. Een lieve meneer op de parkeerplaats die ons de weg wees, en de meneer die ons hielp met de koffers.
Mevrouw achter de receptie had humor, erg leuk.
In het restaurant waren ze zorgzaam en we hebben lekker gegeten.

Cons:

De badkamer, erg gedateerd.
De omgeving van het hotel was echt niet leuk. Daar kan het hotel niets aan doen maar het was gewoon geen leuke buurt. Erg verpauperd. Het hotel was wel onderhouden.
