La piscina era tutta rotta e distrutta (inusabile) ed anche all'interno della struttura c'erano pareti danneggiate ed ammuffite.

Magnífica experiencia
Pros:

Uno de los mejores hoteles de la zona sin duda alguna , de primeras el recepcionista muy detallista y amable, la gente de la cocina super profesional , la comida es increíble. Las habitaciones amplias , cómodas y en nuestro caso con una pequeña terraza con unas vistas al patio increíbles. Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido de 10 , nada malo que decir , hay un ambiente cómodo y genial para descansar.

Klar, es ist in die Jahre gekommen… ABER hat immer noch Flair…!
Ich bin sehr penibel und habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt und habe sooo gut schlafen.
Der Rezeptionist war sehr nett, wir sind einen Tag früher gekommen und es war kein Problem.

Pros:

Le personnel était exceptionnel, gentil souriant. Ils nous ont même surclasser en nous donnant 1 suite à la place de la chambre avec 2 lits simple que nous avions booké de base . La chambre était confortable digne d’un hôtel 3* ainsi que Le petit déjeuner qui était complet œufs, fruits, cakes, biscuits marocains, pains beurre fromage chocolat confiture café jus d’orange. Top je vous conseille cet hôtel si vous passer par midelt pour aller vers le désert pour une nuit.

L'accueil fait par un employé du matin, investi, souriant, professionnel, dont j'ai oublié le prénom.
Un grand merci Monsieur.

Cons:

J'ai séjourné avec ma mère en fauteuil roulant, et il n'y aucun équipements adaptés.
J'ai dû demandé l'aide auprès des employés pour le portage.
Monsieur le proprietaire les personnes a mobilité réduite ont aussi le droit de circuler librement.

avec une mention pour Mohamed, qui s'est démené pour le portage de ma mère en fauteuil roulant, puisque l'hotel ne dispose pas d'équipement pour faciliter le déplacement dans l'hotel.
