Great stay to breakup long drives
Pros:

The property is massive, and well decorated, it felt like we were staying in a castle. Our room was very large with two beds, a couch and table setting, and a balcony with a decent view. Much more than the two of us needed, but we welcomed it! The dinner was buffet style and was delicious, all the staff were very friendly. We needed to leave early in the morning (6:00) and had no issues with checkout.

Pros:

Si tratta di una struttura perfettamente in linea con la cultura del paese. Le stanze molto spaziose e confortevoli e lo staff estremamente cordiale pronto a soddisfare le diverse richieste.

A deeply disappointing experience marked by dishonesty, blame-shifting, and a failure to take responsibility when it mat
Pros:

The manager was extremely dishonest in how he handled our situation. I reached out to him multiple times after the road police closed access early due to snow. Instead of helping, he repeatedly blamed Booking.com and claimed he could not refund us. However, Booking.com clearly stated that it was the manager’s responsibility to inform them so the reimbursement could be processed. He knew exactly what needed to be done but chose not to do it. At this point, all I can say now is that I leave this matter between him and his (god). 😞
