Beaucoup de choses à améliorer,la cuisine, le nettoyage,politesse et discrétion envers la clientèle .

Le premier établissement au Maroc qui ne vous offre pas le thé de bienvenue…
Le repas basique et fade…
Se veut palace mais tout est désuet et poussiéreux.
Le fait qu’on vous réclame de régler le repas du soir avec insistance avant de regagner votre chambre (là aussi du jamais vue au Maroc)

El Riad en sí está muy bien Lo único que la habitación de LUXE no se corresponde con la descripción

El trato del chico que nos atendió,era muy amable

Cons:

No nos gustó que escogimos la habitación "de luxe" que es más cara porque ponía que tenía bañera de hidromasaje pero no había bañera por ningún lado..

Excellent séjour en famille, avec un personnel accueillant et un service de qualité.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’Hôtel Kasbah Asmaa. L’établissement est agréable, propre et bien situé, avec une belle vue et un cadre calme. Le personnel de la réception était accueillant, professionnel et serviable. Un grand merci aussi à l’équipe du petit-déjeuner pour leur gentillesse et leur bon service le matin. Le dîner était également très agréable, avec un service attentionné de la part du serveur. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l’ambiance familiale et le respect envers les clients. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Rien de particulier à signaler. Notre séjour s’est très bien passé.10/10

Un accueil formidable !
Pros:

Nous avons été merveilleusement bien reçus lors de notre arrivée à 22h à Kasbah Asmaa. Nous avons passé une nuit là bas sur notre trajet pour Merzouga. L’hôtel est idéalement situé.
L’adorable monsieur qui nous a accueilli nous a donné la meilleure suite. La chambre était parfaitement propre. La literie très confortable. La kasbah est très belle, typique et très calme. Le personnel est gentil. Nous recommandons vivement !! Merci mille fois encore pour l’accueil merveilleux !
