Nothing I liked - maybe just location- price aspect.

Cons:

The hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made the stay quite unpleasant. There was also a very loud ventilation fan running outside on the balcony during the night, so it was difficult to sleep.

Another issue was that the balcony door didn’t lock, and the balcony itself is shared with another room. That made me feel quite unsafe.

The room itself was extremely dark and honestly very uncomfortable. The atmosphere felt strange and unsettling. It almost felt like one of those places from a thriller movie – old, poorly lit, and a bit creepy. The lighting was harsh and unpleasant, the windows were dirty, and everything felt very outdated. Also - I had to ask for a towel cause they didn’t leave it in the room.

Overall the room gave off a very uncomfortable vibe. It’s the kind of place where you might wonder what happened there before. I genuinely felt uneasy staying overnight.

That said, if you just need a very cheap place to sleep in the city center and prefer a hotel over a hostel, it could work. But don’t expect coziness or a nice atmosphere – it’s extremely basic and not very welcoming.

The room had no kettle. No cutlery drawer. No Downie Covers. Was out of date & ugly.
The staff were helpful but if you book this for 1 or 2 weeks - beware.

Great location, and honestly very fun place to stay!
Pros:

The staff were amazing and very helpful. Especially the girl in the evening and the young lad at night!

Cons:

Hard to navigate the rooms using the stairs but that’s just more on me hahah.
