Just like home to me day staff are like family to me

I like everything about the Agyad the location the building the reception staff during the day Hanan and Adil are amazing so friendly and helpful. However there is always one let down the night staff he is miserable and moody the cleaners and everyone else are perfect. He is the only let down of the Agyad. I stay there frequently still

Par ailleurs, il a été observé un manque d’organisation et de rigueur dans la gestion des clients, ce qui a engendré des désagréments évitables. Cette situation reflète un déficit en termes de professionnalisme et nuit à l’image de l’établissement.
