Cafards et insectes dans la piscine
Pros:

L’emplacement à deux pas de la plage
Personnel assez sympathique on a demandé un nettoyage de la chambre au milieu du séjour qui a été fait
Les prix du restaurant sont raisonnables

Cons:

La propreté laisse à désirer surtout la piscine qui a des cafards…
La chambre assez ok mais des fourmies dans la SDB et une odeur d’égouts
Le prix n’était pas si peu cher ce qui nous a déçu

קרוב מאד לים , דקה הליכה
בריכה נחמדה מאד

Cons:

רחוק מהמרכז , לנו היה נהג אבל אפשר לקחת טוקטוק מהמלון , זה 10 דק נסיעה בערך
חדרים מאד בסיסיים , לא נכנסים לנקות כל יום באופן שוטף אלא אם מבקשים . כשביקשנו עשו זאת בכייף
ארוחת בוקר מאד בסיסית

Oké voor een nachtje, maar voor 4 dagen te veel.
Pros:

De locatie was super! Erg dicht bij de zee. En een mooi zwembad.

Cons:

We hadden 2 kamers; bij de ‘nieuwere’ badkamer kakkerlakken in de badkamer en vies. Bij de oudere badkamer was een sterke rioollucht, het personeel probeerde hier wat aan te doen, maar vooral middels luchtverfrissers. Weinig uitleg over de omgeving. De kamer was prima, maar géén koelkast of kluisje of gedeelte waar je de koffer kwijt kan. Ook in de kamer niet een hygiënisch gevoel, we douchten op de badslippers. Kamers werden niet dagelijks schoongemaakt, dit werd ook niet aangeboden.

Very nice stay, amazing staff
Pros:

We really appreciated the time we spent at The Reef!
The team is the highlight of our stay, Mr Deen did everything to make us feel at home, and the chef prepared us typical Sri Lankan dishes, all very tasty!
Rooms are confortable, very calm, with A/C and super close to the sea.

Cons:

WiFi could work better

Great location and pool
Pros:

Excellent location about 1 min walk from the beach with excellent safe swimming without big waves (late August). The beach is lit up with string lights above the handful of restaurants on that strip and was really lovely. Nice pool but we only used it briefly as the beach was so nice.

Cons:

The rooms weren’t that clean and while the staff warmed up over the time we were there, we didn’t feel as welcomed as in any of other places we went in Sri Lanka. Bizarrely (given it was very hot) we had a duvet in the cover instead of a top sheet. I promptly removed the duvet and slept under the cover. Breakfast was relatively expensive and nothing special. We wanted a coffee (they have a coffee machine) but the guy who knows how to use it wasn’t there. The waiter made us a normal coffee, which was fine, but we’d been keen for an espresso style cup since seeing the sign the night before. We ate most of our meals at the hotel directly in front who were exceptionally welcoming.

Bel hôtel proche de la plage
Pros:

Hôtel situé à quelques mètres de la plage de Nilaveli, les chambres sont confortables, le personnel est à l’écoute. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans l’une des deux chambres et ils ont immédiatement changé la chambre. Le lieu est calme.

Cons:

L’eau de la piscine était trouble, elle aurait mérité un bon entretien.

Pros:

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and a lovely balcony. The pool is clean and pleasant, and the hotel is just a short walk from the absolutely beautiful Nilaveli Beach. A very comfortable and convenient place to stay while enjoying the area.

Cons:

The main downsides were the shower, as it was difficult to adjust the hot water temperature and the water pressure was quite weak. We also stayed for three nights, and it would have been nice to have the room cleaned during our stay.

Schone kamers
Pros:

Ze hebben nette schone kamers . Het zwembad is netjes .
Het ontbijt was minder goed dan alle andere hotels die we gehad hadden net als de badkamer alles is functionerend maar douche en toilet naast elkaar maakt een wat natte rommel .

Cons:

De stoelen in het restaurant zijn aan vervanging toe net als de zwembad bedjes

Sehr schöne Anlage, die sehr nah zum Meer gelegen ist. Das Meer ist wunderschön und man kann ganz entspannt reinlaufen. Die Zimmer sind gut und haben eine passende Größe

Pros:

Nous avons loué la Chambre Familiale Deluxe, sauf que celle-ci se trouvait juste devant l’entrée et le parking de l’hôtel, ce qui n’était pas précisé dans l’annonce. Il y avait beaucoup de passage, donc il était impossible d’être réellement tranquille. Nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre et le personnel nous a trouvé une chambre à l’étage.
Le seul réel avantage de l’hôtel est qu’il se trouve à 2 minutes à pied de la plage, qui est magnifique.

Cons:

Salle de bain pas très propre et très peu de pression dans la douche.
