Bonjour,

J'avais réservé une Chambre Familiale comprenant 2 lits simples et 2 grands lits doubles. À mon arrivée, l'établissement m'a proposé une chambre ne contenant qu'1 lit double et 1 lit simple — ce qui ne correspond absolument pas à ma réservation confirmée.

J'ai demandé un changement de chambre, l'établissement m'a répondu qu'ils étaient complets. J'ai donc demandé l'annulation, qu'ils ont refusée en invoquant des frais

La chambre n etait pas disponible a l'arrivée, pas de serviettes, j ai du demander plusieurs fois, finalement ils m ont ramené une petite
Pour le petit dej, pas le choix et ils proposent un seul menu alors que dans les autres établissements, on a le choix.
Pour la douche l'eau n'était pas chaude alors quil faisait un peu froid le soir et le matin quand je me siis réveillé.
Pas de parking pour l hôtel j ai dû payer 15dh (1,5€) pour le parking de la nuit.
Manque de sourire chez le personnel

Alles super, gut zu erreichen, nettes Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Dazu gab es ein sehr gutes und großes Frühstück!

Cons:

Durch die Lage direkt am Kreisverkehr ist es auch nachts, bei offenem Fenster, trubelig.
