The staff were all so kind and the room is spacious with good aircon, great value for money!

Street in front has a night club and gets noisy and a bit dirty but the location is very convenient.

Pros:

Otel konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde. Resepsiyon görevlisi Sofiani çok güler yüzlü ve misafirperver davrandı. Kahvaltısı da yeterli idi. Teşekkürler.

Cons:

Odada saç kurutma makinesi yoktu. İsteyince getirdiler.

A nice hotel in the center of Casablanca. Conveniently located—a 15-minute walk from Casa Port station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Delicious breakfast. The staff was polite, friendly, and attentive: they offered us mint tea upon check-in and helped us call a taxi upon departure.

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos, quarto limpo e espaçoso, ótimo café da manhã.

Cons:

O hotel fica em uma região movimentada a noite com muitos bares ao redor e o barulho da rua é incomoda.

Excellent Customer Service
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown and close to everything.
A special thank you to Souring, Soufiane,Abdelghani, and Amin for their outstanding customer service. They were always welcoming, professional, and ready to help. If you have any questions, just ask—they are happy to assist. I also want to thank Sofiane, who kindly carried my luggage all the way to the taxi. His kindness and assistance were truly appreciated.
The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and did an excellent job throughout my stay.
A special mention to the server at the coffee shop, whom I believe is named Mohamed. He always greeted me with a big smile and asked how I was doing before placing my breakfast tray in front of me. His warm and friendly attitude made every morning even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
