Excellent value for money. Very centrally located little hotel. The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff was just exceptional ! The interior of the room (bed, bathroom) were in good condition and the room was perfectly clean. My room had a window to the courtyard, thus I wasn’t bothered by any noise of the surrounding streets. Moroccan breakfast in the hotel’s own café was good as well.
Even though I stayed in a non-smoking room, sometimes there was a smell of cigarette smoke. I don’t know where it came through the door slip or the ventilation from other guest’s rooms. Also I did not enjoy that people were allowed to smoke inside the café where the breakfast is served.
Clean, staff is friendly
There is no hairdryer in the room, there is no buffet breakfast and you can't order tea and coffee together just one or other, location is not so great, I hardly could sleep because the street is so loud

The staff was very friendly and took our suitcases to the room. They even walked us to a local restaurant.

friendly staff, who welcome you with Moroccan tea. Our room was quiet—the great location.
There is no elevator on the ground floor, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the first floor before we could take the lift. The bed sheets and towels were quite old; although they were clean, they were not ironed. The breakfast was very simple and not self-service. no hair
Muy buena ubicación en casablanca, con bares y restaurantes alrededor. Aunque la hora del check in era a las 12:00, llegamos a las 10:00 y nos dieron la habitación sin problema. Personal muy amable y desayuno completo.

El personal… excelente como me atendieron y ayudaron con mis dudas. La habitación tenía un balcón hacia la calle que favorecía la vista de Casablanca. Excelente experiencia. Sofian muy buena persona para atender y ayudarme con mi español. El lugar muy bonito y el desayuno estaba bueno. Me daban agua para tomar mis mates y todo!
Solo el baño con una cortina para la bañera bastante molesta
Al lado de la plaza pero lejos de la Mezquita, que es realmente lo único importante que hacer en Casablanca.
Nos dieron la habitación del primer piso más cercana a las escaleras, por lo que se escuchaba absolutamente a todo el mundo subir y bajar, además de ponerse hablar delante de la puerta (supongo que esperando el ascensor, que se cogía justo delante). Por la noche se escuchaba todos los gritos de la calle a todas horas, por lo que nos costó bastante dormirnos.
La llave no nos funcionó en ningún momento, teníamos que bajar, avisar, y en vez de arreglarlo, enviaban al pobre hombre a subir las escaleras y abrirla con su llave.
