Wouldn't go back, not our scene
Pros:

The cleaning staff was great, the deli staff was kind. The quiet courtyard outside the deli was actually my favorite spot in the whole place.

Cons:

The beds are old and uncomfortable, everything is dated and yet very expensive (San Francisco prices, or sometimes even more!), the restaurants are packed all the time and the food is mediocre, the beach is full of vendors trying to sell you stuff, the pool is loud and crowded, you have to pay $60/week for wifi, there was loud construction next door, the spa was insanely priced, there was generally not much to do around besides eat/drink/pool, you could hear your neighbors in the next room, there are very few outlets in the room, we got sick after drinking the water... this was overall not a great trip.

Great location and great value!
Pros:

View was good and room was very nice. Very nice for the price compared to other options in the same area. We like staying closer to the marina so we can get in the ocean so the location was great. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Room is a little dated but was nice. Have to get up very early to go down and save seats on the beach, like 6:00am.

It was pleasant enough but we won’t return or recommend it to others.
Pros:

You can’t beat the location. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I did not like the constant sales pressure from the staff to buy more of their services, both in the “welcome package”, through the sales pitch phone calls/messages, and from staff as we walked through the lobby. It made it less relaxing to be there and made us afraid to ask for help. I thought the food and drinks were overpriced as well as the rental car pricing. Housekeeping was adequate but not detailed - we had no towels when we checked in, and on another occasion they left a rubber glove behind.

Great location on Medano Beach.
Pros:

The location is the best in Cabo San Lucas, friendly staff, and although the facility is older, it is well-maintained.

Cons:

Sometimes the surrounding rooms can be noisy.
