Hôtel catastrophe

La vue sur le balcon

Ma réservation
Arriver à l'hôtel ma réservation Booking n'était pas prise en compte.
A l'accueil pas de chambre pour nous malgré une confirmation par mail de Booking. .
Après avoir haussé le ton ont nous donne quand même une chambre.
Coffre ne fonctionne pas obligé d'attendre une heure pour que l'on vienne changer les piles.
La télévision qui ne marchait pas ( pendant tout notre séjour).
Pas d'internet ( pendant tout notre séjour).
Odeur d égouts dans la salle de bain qui se diffuser dans toute la chambre.
Plus d'eau le matin.
Après avoir vue tout ces problèmes je descend a l'accueil et tombe ( soit sur la patronne ou la gérante ) qui me dit si la chambre ne vous plaît pas ont vous rembourse le soir même de notre arrivée. ( aucune autre possibilité de trouver un autre hôtel).
Personne très désagréable.
(Si vous n’êtes pas content allez ailleurs).
Je ne comprend pas qu'un établissement qui ne prend pas nos réservation en compte sur Booking. Soit sur le site Booking. Qui applique sont propre cour de change 5000 ar pour un euros ( cour qui n'existe pas ).
Arriver le lundi dans cette hôtel et partie le samedi matin et très content de quitter cette établissement pour aller dans un véritable hôtel ( le grand hôtel ou il y avait de la place).
Ou j'ai passé un bien meilleur séjour.

La ubicación y era lo más decente que había por la zona

Cons:

Toallas sucias, limpieza de la habitación no tan buena y varios compañeros míos se quedaron fuera cuando tenías reserva y se tuvieron que ir a otro hotel

Personnel du petit déjeuner. Peu aimable, souvent absent, beaucoup de temps pour réapprovisionner. Manque évident de motivation.

On a beaucoup aimé les chambres

Cons:

Un petit remonté au niveau de l’canalisation de la salle de bain après la première ouverture d’eau après ça c’est diminuer un peu plusieurs d’eau.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The room cleanliness needs significant improvement, especially the bathroom. There were mosquitoes in the room, and the bathroom tiles appeared dirty and difficult to keep clean. Improving housekeeping would greatly enhance the overall guest experience
