L’emplacement était bien en centre ville près des restaurants .

Cons:

L’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas et personne ne le dit à l’avance. Ils disent que c est récent alors que cela fait plusieurs mois. La piscine n était pas utilisable car l’eau était floue. Le wifi fonctionne très très mal.
On a voulu me faire payer plus qu’il ne le fallait sur ma facture finale.

Sympa, agréable mais plein de choses à revoir

Hôtel classe, beaucoup d’espace, avec vue sur mer pour les suites, piscine géniale, petits dej complets, personnel très nombreux, possibilité de manger à toute heure

Cons:

L’hôtel se dégrade vite, pas d’ascenseur (merci le 4e étage…), équipement vieillissant (pas de wifi et pas d’eau à notre arrivée) le personnel se sert sur le petit déjeuner des clients en cachette, la fille de l’accueil de l’après midi (Tatiana ou Yanna) vous demande 10.000 aria pour aller s’acheter à manger, le mec de la piscine se plaint et réclame de l’argent aussi… le personnel très nombreux, ne fait pas grand chose pour vous… certains vont se laver sous les douches de la piscine… Bref : Plus rien ne va … Dommage
D’autres hôtels bien moins chers peuvent rivaliser (sauf la piscine et la vue..)

Un séjour très agréable avec une belle rencontre: madame Farida
Pros:

Belle , grande et confortable chambre, belle vue mer. Personnel prévenant. Bonne cuisine. Mention spéciale pour madame Farida qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement et qui a été aux petits soins pour nous satisfaire. Ses conseils nous ont été très précieux .
