Pros:

The service and the food. The room was large enough

Cons:

It was not well cleaned. It was dusty and there were stains on the desk.
There was no properl swimming pool which looked like a jakuzzi rather than a pool. It is a shame a 5 star hotel not to have full spa facilities.

Bir daha tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir otel.
Pros:

Kahvaltı, konumu güzel. Bar kısmındaki Anna hanım gerçekten çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü idi. Ayrıca kahvaltıda Ali Rıza Bey in sıcak tavırları olağanüstü idi.

Cons:

Resepsiyon görevlileri oldukça negatif. Fiyatlar bölgeye göre yüksek. Sigara içilebilir oda talep ettiğimizde bizden 100€ fark talep ettiler. Resepsiyon görevlisi Natali çocuklu olmamıza rağmen ve hava çok soğuk olduğu için uçak saatimize uygun geç check out talep etmemiz ve fiyat farkını kabul etmemize karşın grup gelecek bahanesiyle saat 13:00 e kadar izin verdi. Oysaki akşama kadar lobideydik, grup felan gelmedi.

Pros:

Location is perfect. Hotel personnel is nice and attentive. Rooms are big. Breakfast served with a variety of choices including Turkish tea.
If you need to take a taxi, ask the hotel personnel to call one for you. The taxis parking in front of the hotel charge double the amount.

Cons:

There was loud music on friday and saturday nights. Corridor carpets do not look very clean but maybe it is just the color.
