Excellent hotel and great restaurant
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, big rooms and the staff is very friendly! The room is big, beautiful and has everything you need. The food in the restaurant is excellent and we enjoyed the comfort of having such a good restaurant so closeby! Beds are really comfortable and we slept excellent in the hotel. Location is excellent with everything closeby.

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like was that there was a stain at the carpet in our room that alwasy felt a bid odd or moist to walk over and when we entered the room it smelled a bit funny at first but we didn’t adress this to reception as it didn’t bother us that much. Pretty sure they would have done what they could if we mentioned it.

Superb service!
Pros:

Amazing service! I had a medical issue and the front desk immediately called the hospital and arranged a cab to take me to the hospital. I saw the doctor, got the medication and we’re returning back to the hotel where the staff are waiting. Superb service.

Perfect hotel in the centre point of the city.
Pros:

Location is perfect. The room facilities are quite fine. Our view is not so good due to construction on the back side of the hotel but still fine for us.

Pros:

Hotel idealnie położony, przy głównym placu. Pokój przestronny i dobrze urządzony. Bardzo dobre śniadanie (17 euro od os.)

Cons:

Niestety niedokładnie posprzątany. Lekko przesunęliśmy łóżko i pod spodem było brudno. Nocowaliśmy 2 noce, nie było serwisu - wymiany ręczników, dostawy wody czy papieru toaletowego. Basen czynny do 22 (to na plus), ale dzieci mogą przebywać tylko do 18 - nie widziałem tej informacji na booking.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at!
Pros:

Location was amazing!! Room was extremely clean and spacious. All the staff was extremely friendly and attentive the entire time. The entire process from check in to checkout was very pleasant. Would absolutely recommend this property to anybody and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Skopje!

Cons:

Nothing! Everything was great!
