Hotel service: makkelijk boeken, snelle check in, grote schone grote en comfortabele kamers, restaurant lang geopend voor (echt heerlijk) diner en ontbijt inbegrepen bij kamersprijs

They canceled our reservation one hour before we arrived
Partiamo dal presupposto che il voto basso è causato dall'annuncio a dir poco "fuorviante" per non dire falso o truffaldino e mi spiego meglio... L'hotel non è assolutamente un 5 stelle... già quando arrivi sulla facciata ci sono 4 stelle ...ma in realtà l'hotel vale 3 stelle. Mi è piaciuto il personale molto gentile, la grandezza delle camere e, onestamente, anche il prezzo che ho pagato. In sostanza è un hotel sufficiente se sei in viaggio e fai una fermata per dormire una notte, ma sinceramente non ci tornerei!!
Il mini frigo non funziona in nessuna camera.
La Spa è a pagamento (10 euro a persona al giorno) ma la vasca Jacuzzi non funziona.
La camera era pulita ma non troppo.
La manutenzione generale lascia un po' a desiderare.
La colazione salata era sufficiente buona e varia, mente quella dolce è inesistente e non hanno nemmeno la macchinetta per fare caffè e cappuccino!!
La camere non sono per nulla insonorizzate o sono insonorizzate male ( servirebbero infissi con doppio vetro camera almeno per le stanze che si affacciano sulla statale).
