Общий балкон и поэтому не оставляли деньги в номере. Нет сейфа.
Ванная маленькая и все, включая туалет, в воде от душа.
Het had een airco
De badkamer was niet heel schoon. Ook licht het best achter op het eiland. Je kan er overal na toe lopen dus dat scheelt. Ook wouden we ontbijten alleen we zagen niks staan dus waren maar weer gegaan. Achteraf moesten we dus zitten en dan werd het naar ons gebracht je kan dus niet kiezen wat je eet. Voor de rest was het prima voor de prijs, maar had beter gekund.

Номер не соответствовал категории забронированного, кровать 1,5 м для троих человек (2 взрослых и ребенок 11 лет) это не отдых а мучение. Завтраки однообразные, номер не убирался, полотенца грязные 2 на троих. Вокруг стройка, до пляжа идти по жаре с ребенком очень далеко.

Mon sommier avait un trou du coup mon lit n’était pas droit et le chauffe-eau de ma douche faisait sauter l’électricité du coup j’ai dû prendre des douches froides tous les jours
Le personnel a été très désagréable sur tous les employés ils n’ont été d’aucune aide, ils ne comprennent pas très bien. L’anglais, une amie à moi avait booké une nuit avec eux. Elle est venue, il leur avait dit qu’ils avaient overbooké Hotel du coup l’ont laissé dehors, j’ai dû l’héberger en urgence.
All is so bad
The room smell so bad also the towel so bad like no clean AC was not working and we make other problems because we change the room and when we change they give us room with bed broken actually so bad
When we reach they didn’t allow us to pay on booking because in booking give us the price like 190$
Then when we reach they wanna us pay 260$ and when I ask for receipt they didn’t give me and when I ask booking already booking app sen them our receipt but they act like they didn’t receive anything then when we was about to do problem they make one fake receipt for us by 260$ and they say this from booking and is the end we pay this by force because we didn’t have other option they are scam

While the overall experience at the property was pleasant, there is room for improvement regarding the air-conditioning quality, as it did not perform optimally during hot weather. Additionally, I was concerned to see that the reception staff did not have a fan or adequate cooling at the front desk. Given the high temperatures, this is uncomfortable for them, and I genuinely felt concerned about their working conditions. I kindly request that a fan or suitable cooling arrangement be provided for the reception team as soon as possible.
