Las instalaciones las estaban remodelando es algo que deberían de avisar y que las áreas comunes no son tan comunes, no tienes mucha privacidad ya que la dueña vive enmedio de las habitaciones.

The location only a few blocks from the stairs and the Zócalo are the ONLY reason someone may want to stay here. But don't do it

Cons:

The photos are VERY out of date. They say family friendly because their kids yell and scream all the time and their dog barks constantly. The place is faded, dirty, and spider webs and insect egg sacks were EVERYWHERE. The shower drain is so slow that there was almost 2 inches of standing water, which means you are standing in that drainage water connected to everyone else's. I left with 2 days remaining in my paid for stay bulecause I just didn't feel safe or clean in this place. Will never go back.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas, en general sucias, el tapete para salir de la regadea sucio, la llave del lavamanos no se podía regular la salida del agua y provocaba que se salpuicara todo, no había quien abriera el portón teníamos que bajar a hacerlo, tienen un perro que al abrir para entrar se avalanzaba hacia nosotros ellos comentaban quw no hacia nada pero uno no lo sabe.... en fin muy mal y en relación al precio mas

The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room was clean and good TV.
Good parking.

Cons:

Too noisy and they don't have room service.
The pool was cold and small.
They don't have Recepcion and breakfast or Restaurant.
If you want sodas or snacks you have to go outside.
