Pros:

Avoid traffic in the town area.

Cons:

After checking in, I found bugs on the bed, which made me think they hadn't changed the sheets. The toilet was clogged, but the maintenance staff came and fixed it. The air conditioning wasn't working well at night; the room was still very hot several hours later…

everything else is fine by me :)

Cons:

The towel and the toilet seat is quite dirty. Can spot a few stains on both of it. Also I think they maybe forgot to change the sheet under the bed, it has so many hairs and dust. When we dust off the mattress, the floor became very sandy and gritty.
