Friendliest and most helpful stuff I have ever met
Pros:

I didn’t like the breakfast except for the fruit plate.
Coffee to expensive for the tiny cup it was served in and was not offered refills.
Coffee in the lobby for 40 pesos was a better option.

Cons:

Small refrigerators in rooms. A ice machine on premises. I expected the courtyard to be bigger and have comfortable chairs where we could meet for a get together.

My family and I loved staying here. Las Golondrinas is a magical place in an excellent location!
Pros:

The surrounding gardens were lush and beautiful in all areas. The attractive decor—pottery, furnishings, artwork, tile work, murals, everything was special. The hospitality and staff were exceptional, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. My family loved staying here.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. We had no issues.

Las Golondrinas un lugar especial donde hospedarse para conocer Oaxaca.
Pros:

desyuno muy rico y con muchas variedades tipicas de Mexico.La ubicacion es muy buena , cerca de todo. La habitacion no es de lujo pero cumple con los estandares que esperabamos. El que no haya TV hay que considerarlo.

Cons:

Que te especifiquen que no hay TV en las habitaciones, personalmente no lo lei en ninguna parte.

The manager, Carmen, and her staff are the best asset to this lovely hotel. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The hotel is a 10 minute walk or less from most central sites.

Bellísimo lugar y excelente atención.
Pros:

La propiedad es muy bonita, vale la pena visitar Oaxaca solo por conocerla.
Carmen y Susana son excelentes hosts. Nos ayudaron muchísimo con un problema personal que tuvimos e hicieron nuestra estadía muy agradable.
