Important information:

Payment before arrival via PayPal or bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Refunds will be processed when applicable within 30 days of cancellation.

All guests need to comply with local and state regulations regarding the prevention of COVID19. All guests must wear mask while in the public areas of the property.

We are not a 24hour staffed accommodations. Out employes are here 9a-6p, 7 days a week/. If you think you might need something like extra pillow or blanket please ask during these hours. Our staff will only reply to genuine emergencies after hours, some but not all of Non Emergencies to include TV Problems, Blankets, Pillows, TP, Light bulbs etc.

If Power goes out and is out around town you will have to wait for the CFE to repair
the issues. This is more prevalent during the Rainy/Hurricane Season July-Mid October.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Muy amplio el departamento, muy limpio, todos que trabajan alli super amables. Se escucha el mar. Bajando las escaleras está la playa. Perfecto:)

Wonderful place in a wonderful Mexican town.
Pros:

Everything, lol- the staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful; the location coukld not havebeen better, close to the center of town but far enough for peace & quiet; the room exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

Considering the size of the facility & the town, realistically there was nothing I didn't like.

Gorgeous accommodations in a wonderful place!
Pros:

Best location in Chacala. Beautiful views and close to everything. The host was extremely helpful. Wonderful stay!!

Cons:

The next door neighbors outdoor light was as bright as day in the middle of the night, and there was no curtain to shut out the bright light. Other than that - SO great!

Lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicación del hotel y la atención del personal , también cuentan con todo lo necesario para un hospedaje cómodo y además es tranquilo y familiar, otro punto positivo es que nos prestaron lo necesario para ir a la playa, como camastros y sombrillas, sin duda si regresaría.

Me gustó el lugar, cómodo y el personal muy atento, accesible a la playa y limpio

Cons:

Lo único que no me agrado
Que se fue la Luz una noche y se fue el agua, pasamos una noche no muy grata por el calor y sin poder bañarnos por el agua
Solo fue una noche, de los demás días
Todo excelente
Volvería a visitarlo

We loved it here.
Pros:

Gorgeous. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location right above the beach. Our kids loved the pool and the “secret stairway” to the beach. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Cons:

Our only suggestion for improvement is to replace the hard sitting bench with a comfortable sofa for relaxing at night.

Pros:

John is an amazing host! Whatever problems arose he took care of right away. It has an authentic vibe that I really liked. It is rustic but that was part of the charm.
