La calidez humana tengo TDHA y aveces tengo bloqueos y ellos fueron amables y muy pacientes mi esposo tiene diabetes y me guardaron la insulina en un lugar seguro y limpio y a mi adolescente le facino la piscina

El personal muy atento y amable, siempre al pendiente de sus inquilinos. Todo estaba muy limpio.

Spacious and comfy room
Pros:

After reading some of the reviews I wasn't expecting much from this place but we were really pleased. Comfy beds, strong wifi, balcony that caught the sun with ocean views. Shower had hot water too, which seems to be rare in Mexico! Staff were super lovely 👍

Cons:

The pool was in the centre of the hotel, and was always filled with screaming kids, which is fine, but makes an afternoon siesta pretty impossible...
It was also pretty hot in the room, although thankfully the fan was fairly strong. Be prepared to sweat....but who cares because you're in paradise!
