Cons:

The room was not properly cleaned, with the excuse that the staff didn’t know because they were working the afternoon shift. No toiletries were provided. Towels had to be requested. There was no electric kettle to boil water, no mineral water, and no coffee, tea, or sugar like in other hotels. The bed looked like it hadn’t had the sheets changed. Worst of all, there was a strong cigarette smell from the lobby all the way into the room.
The good points: the room was spacious, the bed was large, and the toilet water pressure was strong. Other than that, it was not worth the price of RM200+ per night. Not recommended. Will be my blacklist. No picture because too mad!
